The free breakfast was nice as well as tasty and plenty of food. Only miss was they ran out of milk one day. Bar/Restaurant was open with food until 10pm (and drinks to 11pm), which helped when my son was still hungry late. Pool was nice for the kids to play in. They have a little mini convenience store kiosk thing near the front desk that can be VERY useful.

They never seem to keep enough towels in the pool area but they replenish them quickly when asked. Only one thin blanket for the hide-a-bed isn't enough in the winter but they gave us more when asked.

Excellent breakfast!!! It was clean, comfortable, friendly, and in an easy and Great location for us!!!

My first impression of the front desk area was of "old and outdated", fairly dark and kind of gloomy. It should be more lit up, and give a WOW first impression. I thought that area was quite depressive when I first saw it. The whole entry area could use a "face lift"...bright....classy.. warm....and welcoming would be nice.

I accidentally left a pair of earrings in my room after I checked out so I called and informed them of it as I made my way back to go and get them but was told housekeeping probably threw them away and that they couldn’t find them. I’m not sure why anyone in their right mind would throw JEWELRY away instead of bringing it down to the front desk and informing them so maybe they could reach out and get them back to their owner but that wasn’t the case here at all. They also wouldn’t allow me to go back up to the room myself to check either.

The location of the hotel was great, right on the Mississippi River made for a fantastic view. My room was bigger than expected, I wish my stay was longer. Anytime I travel now I will look into the Hyatt. I have had terrible experiences with other hotels and will definitely make sure th Hyatt chain will be the first I look for now

I wish there was a microwave in the room. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice

We stayed 2 years ago and it was exceptional. With nothing else (growth) going on around it, it appears to be slipping in cleanliness and access to restaurants. We ended up having apps in the rooftop bar which we liked. Had a super server there. She was great!

Hope that area grows and develops like other areas of quad cities. Too much river coastline to be sitting stagnant...

The housekeeping staff was absolutely amazing. Front desk did not tell me they do a fresh up after two days and on the third day a full clean, however housekeeping told me and they followed through. I couldn’t be more pleased with their housekeeping staff.

Would have been better with almond milk. Better fruit! More healthy selections without sugar! I liked the banana and the flour tortilla.

Room could have been a bit cleaner. We found dirt and pieces of popcorn on the floor.

Nice staff at the restaurant on the ground floor. Bartender/waiter was very friendly and fun! The food was good, especially the salad we had! Bed and pillows were comfortable.

A few of the front desk staffers could have been a little friendlier, but they were still professional.

River room bar was AMAZING! The bartender Anthony was the BEST!!!! He treated us like royalty and was very knowledgeable with his drinks!!!! Kristine gave us a river view room with charging super nice of her!!!
