The property is a true five star property, but there was one thing which really set the notch higher, and that was the exceptional courtesy offer to us by the hotel staff. In the middle east, it’s a very common practice in most of the five star properties to take food from the buffet for elderly or young children for whom it’s difficult to go to have food in the buffet, but in India, this is the first hotel where I experienced this. The hotel looks old from the outside, but it is a beautiful and well maintained property. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom and all amenities provided. There was cultural evening entertainment at the outdoor bar area. The pool is a very decent size for swimming and the towels are super soft. Lunch at the Jaipur Pavillon Restaurant is very tasty and the choices are eclectic. The gym is well equiped and great for a work out. Overall the staff made the experience even better because they remembered small details about us

The spa experience was average and not as great as I expected. However, the sauna and steam room are nice and the staff is very pleasant.

The bed was so comfortable they had a good collection of pillowas for all types. The buffet place was quiet good and were able to make food that wasn't there in the menu.

Had difficulties talking to many of the staff. They couldn't speak in English .especially the one in travel desk. He kept talking in hindi . I told him I couldn't understand and still he went on in hindi so I had to leave and ca from.my room.and do the booking another day. Staff constantly kept asking for reviews example : I came back to the hotel at 11.00 pm. after a long day of sightseeing and didn't have water in the room.and asked the guy in the lobby, and he brought the water and started asking for review. I politely said yes will.do. but he was going on about how to do it, what to scan, etc .

The hotel itself is the definition of a modern escape in the traditional Rajasthan , the lobby is majestic and Royal, all the common areas are gracefully decorated. Delicious breakfast and dinner, plenty of options , staff from restaurants was friendly and very helpful , always attentive . The elegant , classic music played outdoors makes everything so relaxing , romantic and noble.

The pool needs a renovation as soon as possible, it’s too deep and the design itself doesn’t look luxurious. It overshadows the beautiful outdoors .

The whole hotel is absolutely wonderfully maintained and service is on par for excellent. We had the unfortunate experience of our check in representative incorrectly forward charging us for our accommodation and more, which he explained would not be taken. However it was, on checkout I had to speak with the duty manager who kindly explained it was a mistake and he has organised the refund which unfortunately will take a matter of few days. All in all an excellent run hotel with plenty of services. Special thanks goes out to Karan Agarwal, Deepak (from the club bar), the spa team including Andi.

the breakfast I would eat in smaller purple room - the large room for breakfast I did not enjoy. the staff where just amazing in the smaller purple room breakfast

I love the amazing lobby you walk in everyday and how clean and peaceful it feels. the staff is amazing and sitting at the pool my last dy was wonderful. I WILL SAY THE TRAVEL DESK AS NOT GOOD. the person was never there and I had to research all my own what I wanted to tour

Breakfast was very nice.

The checkout procedure. There was a lot of confusion regarding what we had payed for and what was outstanding. The accounting system was very disappointing. We were asked to pay for the hotel when we had already paid and asked to pay again for the holi party which we had to pay in advance before attending. This was our 2nd trip to the hotel.

The hotel is beautifully placed in the middle of Jaipur , 2 mins from main rail station. The hotel is massive with plenty of brilliant amenities, bar, pool etc. staff are very good.

We booked a twin pool view room months ago but they didn’t have it arranged when we arrived. After moving rooms 3 times we finally agreed on a twin non pool view with an upgrade to club level lounge as a compromise

The location is excellent. Easy to go to the sight seeing destinations, enter pink city and not too far from airport and very close to the station. The campus is huge and has a nice pool and play area for kids. The staff are extremely sweet and courteous

The building is very complex and getting to the room each time felt like conquering a maze. Breakfast options could be different.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location and amazing hospitality. We got a free two room upgrade to a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel was grand and they had entertainment for everyone everyday where you could see the traditional Rajasthani dance and music. My boyfriend was serenaded by the singer and was gifted a traditional scarf by the guard and that made his stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

When we were sitting in the courtyard in the evening, they sprayed what I assume was pesticide without giving out a warning, maybe next time they could inform their guests or schedule at a different time.
