Very nice and very clean hotel right in the historic city center of Estepona with many many restaurants close by and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Loved our stay here! The hosts are super friendly and made sure that we got everything we needed: early checkin, bag drop off, a beach towel, late checkout - all very very much appreciated! Can highly recommend staying here! Fast WiFi. Clean Bathroom. Power Outlets on both sides of the bed. Water, Oranges, Tea and kettle, hairdryer available.

This property is in the centre of the old town in Estepona and just a few minutes walk from the fabulous beach. It is surrounded by tapas bars, restaurants and coffee shops. This little hotel is super clean and Anthony and Amanda are fabulous hosts. They met us on arrival and showed us where everything was located. Our room and ensuite was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows are extremely comfy. Great air conditioning and wifi. This hotel is a great central location for all there is to see in Estepona and I would have no problem recommending Las Brisas.

Loved everything about this property

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the old town. The bathroom in the room was newly renovated, quite large and modern. We stayed in a twin room, which had a clothing rack, bench, and two single beds which were quite comfortable. The mosquito net on the window was also great as we could keep the window open. The couple who own the property are extremely friendly and helpful. They left us tea, coffee and biscuits. Anthony was very responsive when we requested extra towels, had questions about where to park, too, they’re very accommodating! The property faces a street full of restaurants but we couldn’t hear a thing and had restful sleeps each night! We found the room quite spacious as our suitcases fit under the beds quite neatly, and the room was bigger than I was expecting too! Also the hair dryer was a lovely bonus! Has everything you need. It was also a 1-2 minute walk from the beach, and the street it’s located on is quite safe.

There’s nothing I don’t like about this property, I would visit again! The only thing I’d suggest is possibly a mini-fridge, especially in the hotter months! But, they had a stocked fridge right outside our room if we wanted to avail! Genuinely nothing bad to say about this property!

The location was great – close to everything I needed. The room looked nice and was visually appealing. It was spacious enough for one person and felt comfortable.

The cleanliness could be improved – I noticed some hair from previous guests, which should definitely be avoided. There was a persistent smell in the room that didn’t go away, even with air fresheners. It only got better when the fan or air conditioning was on. I’m not sure if the room would be comfortable for more than one person – it might feel a bit tight for three. The coffee could be better.

The property is absolutely pristine, it is so close to the beach, beautiful bars and restaurants. I had a really lovely stay!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. I was on the ground floor and there is a restaurant directly outside but I was already aware of this and to be honest for me once the windows were closed and their air-conditioning was on. I couldn’t really hear a thing. Really lovely comfortable bed.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Las Brisas in June. We were greeted by the excellent hosts who couldn’t do more to make us feel at home and help where needed, the location is incredible, the old town is beautiful and the hop, skip and jump to the beach is second to none. The room we had was well equipped, modern and very clean and quiet, as well as cool with AC and fan. Without a doubt, we’re coming back as soon as possible!

Set in the very heart of Estepona and nestled in between the quiet streets, literally two minutes' walk from the beach and located near some amazing restaurants, bars and the famous Plaza de las Flores, Las Brisas is a lovely little place to stay. The rooms are impecable and Anthony & Amanda are the perfect hosts whom will go out of their way in any way they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay! I made a promise to tham that I would be back and I intend to keep that it! I had a superb time!!

Having to come home! Even if I was only there for two days, I really wished I could stay longer!!

The room was small but had everything we needed even air con. The bathroom was lovely, brand new and very clean. There was a fridge with water, beer etc with a honesty box on the corridor. Didn't use it but thought it was a brilliant idea. The area was very quiet. Probably get busy in Summer. The couple who own the hotel were very friendly and very helpful. Lovely hotel defiantly recommend it.

Pillows were a little bit too hard.

A small yet perfectly formed guest house/hotel, right in the very heart of the beautiful old town area. Owners Anthony and Amanda are very welcoming and friendly, yet not overbearing or intrusive, rooms are small but spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with tea/coffee in the room (a rarity for Spain!). Exceptionally quiet considering location. A wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Lovely welcoming hosts. All the rooms have been tastefully decorated with care. I stayed in the front room with cute little balcony overlooking the pretty street. I slept well and didn't find street noise to be an issue at all. They even have a great downstairs room for those with mobility issues...a rare find indeed I should think. Recommended stay.
