The receptionist was very polite and friendly, the room was very clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is very central.

From the website it was not certain that there would be an extra charge of EUR 20 for parking. The room was very small. As already mentioned to Booking.com: Once you make a reservation with the portal, you are overwhelmed with a barrage of emails. There is no way, the traveler has the time to read and process all the information; besides, there a numerous repeats! Therefore, I was not able to catch the notice of the surcharge of EUR 20 for parking, as well as the very limited amount of spaces (9).

Great location, very close to the University of Namur and train station. There is a possibility to aerate the room naturally for some time or cut off external noises by closing windows and using A/C. The bed was very comfortable, curtains enebled rest by blocking lights completely. There is a possibility to resign of the room service. You can make yourself a cup of tea/coffee downstairs near check-in. Breakfasts have sweet and savory choices. Thre is a lovely terrace on the highest floor available for guests within certain time limits. The hotel staff is very kind and supportive

Really close to the train station and city center. Hotel is simple but well maintained and clean. Breakfast is also simple with few options but ok. Staff was very helpful in explaining how I could park the car in the bepark right across the street, since there were no parking spots available in the hotel anymore.

The time the room was cleaned during my stay. I was out all day and returned to the room at 4pm and it hadn't been cleaned yet. It was only cleaned after 5pm when I left for dinner.

The room was well designed and bathroom was excellent. Very high power shower. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast in a very modern self-service restaurant. Staff always happy to help.

Nothing. Everything was up to my expectations and better. Noise from trains and nearby station didn't effect our stay. Sound proofing was very effective in hotel making it a very quite room.

I found turning on the lights a bit of a challenge: the room becomes totally dark and finding the black button of the reading light on the black headboard is no easy task. The elevator voice system was telling one what floor one was on and in which direction one was going to move. A simple number and an arrow on an electric display would have been enough but of course there was no electric display.

Next door to the station, so easy to find. Wonderful staff, room was big and well designed, including wheelchair accessibility, a first I've seen. We didn't need it, but it was nice to see that they had thought about it. A great rooftop terrace, free coffee, tea and water throughout the stay, free lockers at the entrance. You can choose not to service your room, say if you're only staying a couple of days, and you get a 5 euro voucher to spend at the bar in return for each day you don't have your room serviced. I liked the idea.

Great location. 2 minutes from train and bus station and about a 15 minute walk to citadel. Hotel was modern and clean and staff friendly. Free tea and coffee from machine in reception which was great and water cooler to fill bottles. Great hotel and would recommend and would stay again if we visited Namur again. Beds comfortable and the shower was great.

Area was noisey at night with lots of people shouting in the street on the friday and saturday in the early hours. The room was very hot in March that we needed window open. Air con in room but it felt stuffy without window open. Its the station area which is always noisey.

We didn't want a full breakfast but were invited to have free coffees at the buffet. It is a clean, modern hotel but in an unprepossessing location. However, this didn't matter because the aircon, sound proofing and lighting were good. The bathroom was well arranged.

The room was a bit on the small side for all our luggage especially as we were only there for one night and didn't want to completely unpack.

Small room but had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Great location 2 mins walk from the train station and only a short walk from anywhere you'd want to go. The Aircon made the room lovely and cool in the hot weather and the free water tea and coffee was a great touch. We also got a voucher towards bar spend for not having our room cleaned which is a great idea. Lovely helpful staff and lockers to store your bags on the day you arrive and leave. Had a great stay.

No available parking at our arrival and there was no possibility to book a parking space in advance, once we arrived at the hotel, they gave us the opportunity to book a parking for the next day because there was going to be a free space, but we still had to drive around to find another public parking in the city on the night we arrived, so we just left the car there for the next 2 nights, that was also cheaper. bed was very hard
