Staff were lovely, the hotel was small and not too busy. There was plenty of room to chill out on sun loungers around the pool and the hourly shuttle bus to and from the beach made it a really relaxed day. Sarigerme beach is gorgeous, the hotel sun loungers were comfortable and well covered for shade. The bar man came round to take orders so we didn't even have to get up to order a drink (great selection of beer, spirits and cocktails - my favourite was the frozen mango daiquiri) As our flight was not until 8.35pm we were able to hang around the poolside after checkout until it was time to go to the airport. Overall this hotel was great and I would definitely come again!

The floor in the room was a bit grubby but the complimentary hotel slippers solved this issue. The rest of the room was clean (we always bring antibacterial wipes with us on holiday and we didn't need them here)

The room was modern and the bed comfortable Located away from the noise Free transfer to the beach with lovely beds and umbrellas next to the beach Makes a change that you don’t have to pay for umbrellas or beds and they are comfortable! There is also a bar/ restaurant near the beach if you fancy a drink or something to eat If you want to walk from the hotel to the beach it takes 20 minutes but I would take the free transport for the first time There are lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel The breakfast at the hotel is good and a nice breakfast area either indoors or outside

The Town could get rather busy during the summer season and full of tourists If you want a quiet place, this isn’t for you But we stayed for 4 days and we enjoyed it So no complaints about the hotel or location

I was at this hotel for the first time and was staying for 7 days. The reception man speaks English fluenlly and he always helps me with any quesions during my staying there. Other people at reception dont speak English. My room was big, quiet and with balcony (I asked it in advance) with everyday cleaning. The breakfast was simple but enough to be full. Unfortunatelly, there was no any porridge and fresh juice but there are many cafes around the hotel. The location is quiet in the middle of the village, not so may people. There is a comfortable shuttle to the beach but sometimes i prefer to go on foot (2 km) to take a pleasant walking. In general, hotel is nice, convenient and offering calm and relaxing atmosphere of Turkish village.

I liked everything about the hotel.

A junior suite was very spacious. A well designed and quiet hotel close to restaurants. The beach is 15 min by walk and there is also a free transfer every hour that takes you to the free beach part of the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The check-in is from 14:00, but we had to wait until 15:00. The room was not cleaned well upon our arrival - sand in the bathroom, dirty table and pans in the kitchen. It seemed as if the only thing that they had done about cleaning was changing the bedsheets - perhaps because they had not enough time to prepare the room. However this was resolved after a complaint and the rest of our stay was very pleasant.

Location, staff, pool, rooms were a good size and clean, good shower. Good sized clean pool and sunbeds always available. Free jeep shuttle to and from beach at regular intervals and free sunbeds and umbrellas on nice section of beach. Good selection at breakfast and plenty of tea and coffee, useful small kitchen area in room.

Fruit juice at breakfast would have been welcome. Would have liked bar to be open for daytime and evening refreshment. Light above bedroom mirror not working, reported on second day but not repaired.

The room was lovely. Very new and luxurious. It had, basic cooking facilities, a fridge, which was stocked with water, a safe, a TV and a balcony. It was positioned at the end of the village, within walking distance of the village and there was a pool next to the restaurant area, where a buffet breakfast was served. The hotel is only a 20 minute taxi ride to the airport.

The staff were pleasant enough but as this hotel appears to be used a lot by people from the UK, the reception staff need to improve their English and smile more.. I enquired about getting a taxi to the airport and they quoted more than walking to the end of the village and booking your own.

The hotel is not very far from the airport so its location is ideal. There are multiple markets and restaurants very close by so food and shopping is never an issue, however if you'd like to eat in food is provided with your stay at the hotel restaurant which has a great selection of food and drinks for breakfast. The staff are some of the kindest people I've met and were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Housekeeping keeps the rooms clean at all times and keeps you stocked up on towels, hand towels, and toilet paper so there is never a shortage of them whilst also being very friendly. If you ever have a question the receptionists are always happy to help and give great advice on what tours and trips you should go on. The pool is amazing and we had a blast swimming especially since there are multiple sections of depth meaning both of my children could enjoy it, they provide arm floats and pool noodles too. This hotel and area in general are very safe and we found no issues with any people staying at the hotel or the locals. From Ilhan .

I stayed there with a child for a long layover in dalaman. Easy travel from the airport -less than 30 mins. Easy access to the beach- shuttle or you can take a taxi. Free sunbeds at the beach for the hotel guests. The hotel room has all you need. Breakfast is up to expectations. Small swimming pool makes the stay more relaxing. The staff were amazing: they helped to fix air con quickly, printed our boarding passes and allowed us to stay a bit longer in the room after the checkout time.

What is really good about the place: 1) very cozy and comfortable rooms, really good disign 2) perfect guest service 3) very simple breakfast but each day one hot local course is served and its delicious, fresh high quality veggies are also on the food court 4) sea side transfer 5) nice private beach with drinks and food service 6) nice beach restaraunt Fame (belongs to the hotel chain) 7) restaurants, supermarkets and shops are very close by the hotel 8) nice pool and quiet surroundings

What's bad: 1) instant coffee for breakfast 2) the beach is quite far (3,2K steps) 3) very loud sound from Mosque at 5.30 each morning

The staff were fantastic, very polite, friendly and helpful. Organising us a taxi to the airport, twice because our flight was cancelled during the night. They kindly kept our room for us plus our food/drink in it in case we returned, which we did. They were both very nice chaps too. The decor in the room was lovely. Having the spare single bed to spread belongings out on was also very helpful. There was a great breakfast, some lovely cats and a great pool. It's nearby the airport (20 min taxi) without aeroplanes flying overhead.

Everything was fabulous although the shower, although good, could have been better. The shower head holder was loose so the shower was hard to keep facing in the same direction. At the end of the shower the head dropped down onto the floor with a right thump. Not a game changer, but hopefully the hotel can fix.
