Wasn’t expecting much for a quick and last minute stop at a motel and was pleasantly surprised! I thought the aesthetics were cute, and LOVED the in room ice maker. There was relaxing music playing when I arrived, and cookies waiting for me on the bed. I’ve never stayed some place that had a towel big enough for me, so definitely loved the massive bath towel! There was a fire pit outside and if I didn’t have an early morning I would have loved to enjoy it.

The Bible material was not in my taste and felt a bit much, but to each their own. The cookies were quite dry, but 30 seconds in the microwave and they were good as fresh baked.

The property is cute , there’s flowers planted around the property , picnic tables with table cloths in a green space ( they even had lanterns at night on them . Rooms are comfortable & clean & you can tell the owners take pride in this place . It’s not fancy but all the little touches make it inviting & a great place to stay . Our room had a keurig with pods , ceramic coffee mugs ( that is a nice touch,) a ice maker & a mini fridge :) perfect for our needs liked the added touches of pride this motel offered :) there’s even a patio chair infront of each door

Clean, comfortable, great water pressure. Nice new carpet. Bathroom fixtures in good shape. Bed and sheets were comfortable.

Headboard and lamps needed to be wiped down. I think we came into a room that was in the process of updating New paint on the white area and in bad need of new flooring in the bathroom. Also, was a nice looking shower curtain, but it stuck to you while you were trying to shower. TV service was confusing and could be easier.

We loved the friendly and helpful owners and their beautiful children! The motel was very cute and very clean, and was uniquely furnished with amazing furniture. We personally had a room with a fireplace and jet tub….it would be a wonderful winter escape! There were picnic tables outside our rooms and we were able to sit out and enjoy a beautiful evening. There was also a large area in a grove of trees where there was a fire pit and benches. Next door (and highly recommended by the motel owners) was Chic’N’Chop, an excellent and extremely affordable place to eat. The food was delicious. Groceries were available right across the street and it was just an overall wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful room! Almost everything we needed!

I had mistakenly thought that since it showed that this room would sleep three people (on the website), that there would be a cot or some other provision for our son. We had a comfortable bed, but three in the bed was slightly too many!😅

Room was spacious and decorated with care. The shampoos, conditioners and such were very pleasant and they even offered some free purified water bottles.

The only thing I can even think of to complain about is the bathroom door setup, it opens to the inside which makes for a tight fit to get out, otherwise everything was great!

it is being well cared for and upgrades done. Remodeling ect. Our room has been upgraded. It was clean as a whisle and everything worked. Shower was good.

noise pollution, but it's on the hiway road thru town, so? Log trucks make noise.

Ran out of hot water. Too bad we didn't know about water resources. Being accused of smoking in a non smoking room. We are adults and didn't appreciate the interrogation while I stood in my pj's. AND for the assumption we tried to sneak two dogs in. A friendly hey, did you know... goes a long way.

The grounds were attractive, the room was nice, and we did not hear any noise from traffic. There was a restaurant right across the highway. We appreciated the amenities and liked the design of the room.

The air conditioner was noisy coming on and off. Everything else was fine.

When I made the reservation I thought the Motel was closer to downtown. our intention was to walk to the downtown events and not have to be driving after we had been drinking.
