Great location, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff (with a cute dog), great breakfast and beautiful pool and sauna. Children and teens are made to feel welcome- all facilities are open to them all day. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Cleaning was offered halfway through our stay and a vacuum cleaner was available. Surprisingly quiet given the location in the village. Private parking. Boot room for ski equipment. Honesty bar. Games room. Good quality WIFI and TV supported Netflix and Amazon Prime. Dressing gowns and towels included. Towel change as required. Pool towels free of charge.

This hotel would be perfect if it had a gym area and a laundry service (there is a laundry in the village). The sauna area could do with a hook for your dressing gown.

The breakfast was SUPERB, and the staff was SUPER friendly! The location was perfectly located (~ 3mins walk to the town centre). An amazing bonus was most of the cabins and lifts up to the mountains were free with a guest card. Value for money was very good.

The bathroom door was basically see-through, you could easily see people's silhouette inside the bathroom. Meaning you can see anyone sitting on the loo, taking a shower.... There was also no lock on the bathroom door. That was uncomfortable.

breakfast was wonderful. There were a lot of options, including eggs to order. Great coffee machine, along with still water and carbonated water available 24/7. Good selections of breads and fruit. The staff was incredibly helpful every time we needed it. The rooms were really clean and the kitchenette had every thing you need (soap, dish rag) Spacious living room and a nice terrace for sitting. We enjoyed the pool. It was very clean and the room was warm.

We were on the top floor & the ceilings were v low & sloping so we kept banging our heads and we are not tall people!

The apartment was spacious, very clean, big balcony and very well equipped. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

I did not have time to go swimming and into the sauna! My schedule was too tight!

Appartment was awesome, small kitchen great for easy cooking for kids. Breakfast excellent, large choice for everyone. Staff very friendly.
