Everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again in the future and recommend it to family and friends.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. Room was great, staff was polite and friendly and any questions I had were answered. Nothing bad to say about my stay.

Unfortunately, it’s right next to the freeway so you do pick up some of the freeway noise if you’re in a room that’s closer to it but it’s really not that big of a deal. I stayed here quite a few times it’s in a really convenient spot so that makes up for it for sure and it’s a great deal

Very clean room and property overall. Every employee I came across was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a great addition. A nice variety of items to choose from and the staff working the breakfast room kept it well stocked and picked up. I would definitely recommend this property to family members looking for a place to stay in the area.

The other guest were loud and disruptive. More than one visit the other guest were loud and annoying. Loud music, fighting, running around making noise at 1am. I don’t know if it’s the location or what but the clientele leaves a lot to be desired. Otherwise it’s great

The location was good for my business trip. The bed and pillows were nice, with one exception

1. There were not enough blankets 2. The breakfast was not good, I could tell that Best Western is cutting, way, way back and it was not very good anymore 3. It should have been made clear that Best Western now grabs $100 up front that they supposedly give back if the room is not damaged. I expect this at places like Motel 6 but Best Western has now fallen to that low rank.I talked to a guy that is still waiting for his hundred bucks from New Years. This has made it pretty clear that I will no longer use Best Western!

Breakfast attendants courteous and attentive

Not being able to charge card on file even though I specified I didn't book the room for my self. The front desk refused to charge my card although I had all the information needed

Location is convenient, I was able to park my trailer without problems. They close the gate at 11 pm so it’s pretty safe. Room was clean and spacious.

The charging device doesn't work. You must bring a cube to be able to charge your phone.
