The property was very nice and artfully decorated, very clean and spacious. The rooms were nice, the bathroom and shower was equally as spacious especially for all of my hair and makeup products. The staff are all amazing , they made the stay fun and very comfortable for my friend and I. The breakfast was amazing , I still dream about the coffee we were served. Everyone was so polite and nice, very fun to talk to. Truly grateful for their efforts and hospitality.

The room i got was with great view over the golf of dakhla! The breakfast was delicious and cooked by lovely ladies from Senegal, which are very charming and servant! The host lady lola and her husband were amazing and very welcoming! I will definitely come back again to dakhla and stay at their place! You really feel yourself at home

Exceptional! We were delighted to stay at Kite House Dakhla. Everything is excellent, the attention, accommodation, communication, the delicious breakfast... we will definitely go back! Whether you are going to kite or visit the city, it is perfect. You feel at home immediately, with every detail of the best quality. The house is beautiful, the cozy interior design, the wonderful decoration, all the facilities, the room with an amazing view, perfect lighting, spacious, super comfortable bed, top bathroom with delicious water temperatures, as well as the kitchen and all the spaces, the terrace.... The attention is the beeest! Everything you require for a perfect stay. We only stayed one night because we missed our flight and we are so glad we found this gem in Dakhla, we would have loved to stay longer, but we will definitely be back. Despite the fact that we booked the same day at check-in time, they picked us up at the airport, and the room was completely ready! The best option in the area!!!! (we stayed in other places and this is by far the best....) go!

We loved everything

Everything was fantastic. The house and rooms are beautiful. The view from the sea view rooms is spectacular. Beyond that, the staff is wonderful--Lola and Gabriel tended to our every need and even arranged for our car to/from the airport and all our excursions to the sand dunes, Imlili and Dragon Island. Everything was take care of and so easy. The location is perfect, on the water/promenade and with a few restaurants and stores within walking distance.

That we could not stay longer.

The guest house really felt our home away from home! The staff was very hospitable and catered to all of our needs!

The Spanish owners were lovely hosts, seafront location, modern, nicely furnished and decorated bedrooms with a terrace or balcony, excellent breakfast.

Nothing (the property is a small guest house with a personal service but there is no restaurant, which we knew).

Ocean view, excellent staff, Lola and her husband were excellent in guidance for things to do. Really lovely people. I had long chats with them. You meet an array of guests at a nice breakfast as there are only 7 rooms.

Nothing really. Maybe good to send a map with the actual location. Or some instructions in English and Arabic to show the taxi driver.

The staff was very friendly and during our stay the owners Lola and Gabriel took care of any requests I had. The care taken is outstanding compared to any other locations I was. You understand very quickly that Lola's passion is to create a guest friendly atmosphere.

The room I was in was next to the main hall way and breakfast area. Specially at night some clients did not consider that there are other guests in the hotel and it was at times very noisy so that I could only get asleep at 01:00 in the morning. This was at the end of the second week and the last few days I could only get asleep at 01:00 each day. When writing this I am still pretty tired and getting now to work.

Super hosts...Only 7 rooms and so you meet everyone at breakfast. Lola the lady who runs it is very helpful. Maggi and Fahl the support staff are extraordinary. Lovely view of the ocean.

There is no air conditioning or ceiling fan. However if you want one, they offer a standing fan. open the window and you have all the breeze!

Very well decorated and super comfy bed. Staff are great.

Kite house is a little deceptive as a name at a “kitesurfing” destination There is nowhere near where you can kitesurf. My fault for not doing more research before booking.
