Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. There was plenty of all the choices. Food was filled quickly. Staff at the front desk was friendly, helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good experience.

Many people were gathered around the front doors smoking and playing on their phones. Some were staff. Not a good impression. I don't mind the staff sharing the free breakfast but I think they should wait until after those paying for their stay have eaten. When we arrived, there were limited places to sit.

It was a very clean room and the staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive. I really can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was. They were engaging and thoughtful and seemed to want to make their guests as comfortable as possible. The king bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft. Breakfast had a good amount of choices from hot items to cold items. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Owensboro.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this property. I hope you’ll take care of your current staff because they are exceptional. And that seems to be hard to find these post pandemic days.

Comfortable beds. Breakfast available. Pool. Easy access to town and Yellow Creek Park. Nice tv. The front desk, housekeeping and breakfast personel were wonderful. Friendly , efficient and sweet. That helps overcome some of the maintenance issues.

Needed some maintenance. Window screen was bent, toilet handle needed adjustment, holes in bedding. 3rd floor hall by elevator smells. Could use paint here and there. Bathroom door by pool difficult to lock.

I didn't do the breakfast because I slept late. Besides I had eaten a large dinner in town with my Nephew's family and was not hungry in the morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. I don't usually sleep well, but the comfortable bed allowed me to sleep without issue. Enjoyed the stay very much. The staff was very helpful and polite. Years back, I used to live near this hotel. We used to get a room so the kids could use the pool. We always had a great time. The pool area appeared to be under repair now. No problem, I was there to sleep before returning home, and that got done. Would have liked to try the breakfast, but slept through it. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again. Also, the price was an extremely good value.

The elevator needs to be updated. It works just fine, but the door seemed to be dragging when it opened and closed. There were also signs of damage on the floor around the elevator. However, like I said the elevator works just fine.

All of the staff was very friendly and nice the place was quiet and clean it was very enjoyable I wish the price was a little cheaper but the girl cooking the breakfast was awesome she was super sweet and very helpful

The breakfast was good. There was a very good selection of food and I loved the hours. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice and there is a hot tub. The location was good. The whole motel was nice and clean.

The beds were a little hard but clean.

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. Compared to other hotels across the nation this one is great for the price. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, as well as the more standard cereal, muffins, etc.) The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay.

Not really a complaint, but they need to do away with the carpeting in the rooms. Too hard to keep clean. They inevitably end up stained over time.

Excellent breakfast. All kinds of food. All tasty. On checkin...Kristie was outstanding. Smiling, very efficient.

No issues. If Checkout time was noon we would have left at that time.

the staff was very wonderful, friendly and so sweet. the ladies were so nice and warm to me and my kid. I liked the fact that my room was very nice and didn’t smell like smoke like some hotels. the price was really cheap compared to other hotels too. the breakfast was really good too. I really liked staying here.

Friendly staff. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Good WiFi. Mini-fridges and microwaves in-room. Great value for the price. It is a two-story motel and there is a wide, carpet-covered staircase from the lobby to the second floor which made it seem more like a home than a motel. (There is an elevator)

Everything was good. No complaints.
