The location was very good, the staff was great, the price was great!

This hotel requested a 200 BHT ($6.15) cash security deposit. The front counter staff was super cool about me not having cash when I showed up and I was able to get to an ATM and get the cash quickly! I wish there had been communication about me needing the cash for the deposit, as I am used to using a credit card for the deposit. Also, the bed was very firm, and the hotel did not offer any towels other than the two main ones.

We stayed at Executive Suite, which is spacious and comfortable for 3 people. It is located in the centre of the city and there are lots of shops nearby. Hotel staff are helpful, especially guys who helped in parking. Also, free refreshments such as coffee and cookies are very nice.

Driving into the hotel is sometimes difficult as the street is narrow.

Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money - we paid more for the executive suite one of the two times we stayed and that was worth it for the little living area and table that made it comfortable for a family to relax and eat a takeaway (no restaurant in the hotel). The staff were very helpful - they phoned the ferry company for us when we were trying to work out how the transport to Koh Samui worked. They were also very kind when our son wasn't feeling well. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but they do have tea and coffee in reception and space/crockery to eat a takeaway.

It is next to a bar/club that was playing music but we didn't notice once inside with the aircon on. It also wasn't in too late on the days we stayed.

Staff was really amazing and friendly, always opening the door and taking the luggage without asking, rooms were super clean, one of the best bathrooms we had throughout our Thailand trip, very good value for the price

Sometimes you could hear people walking or talking in the hallway but since not many people were staying on our floor it was no problem

Very clean love the location. The staff is excellent. Housekeeping is very good as well. I liked they have a family suite available , and they truly give you your privacy . Anything my family needed the hotel went above and beyond to make it happen.

This is a nice hotel near the center of town. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I would suggest that they install safety boxes in the rooms. But Surat Thani is a safe place, so it might not be needed 😀

It was a lovely, clean, fairly new complex. The staff were lovely. It was very reasonably priced and the room was a good size with twin beds. Nice bathroom. In the morning there were tea and coffee facilities and there was a toaster, bread, jam and sweetened condensed milk. They officially do not offer breakfast.

We rented the executive suite we love the hotel, the location the price, the clean, nice and wonderful staff. next door is an excellent restaurant. The owners are very nice and friendly, and I recommend the calamari.! A must to stay while in Surrat

An amazing hotel: everything is new, clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed at an executive suite and it was a really spacious suite with a separate bedroom and a living room with an excellent wifi and all the necessary facilities. The location is perfect: plenty of restaurants and cafes around. All kinds of cuisine available nearby, perfect coffee, if you don't want to go to the restaurant you can order grab. Highly recommended!

Good location and comfortable rooms. Clean and well-equipped bathroom. Overall great value for money. The staff were fabulous and friendly

Quite noisy, it was the sound of other guests in the corridor. I think some staff members did come to quieten them down. I recommend ear plugs.
