I originally booked the best rooms for us and my son and his wife. When we were shown the rooms we discovered that they were facing the back of the hotel with no view of the mountains. I went back to reception and asked to be moved to rooms with a front view. The staff were very accommodating and showed us alternative rooms facing the front. The rooms where a little smaller but perfectly adequate so we changed to these. The staff were very nice and polite and seemed determined to satisfy our requirements which was great. Further interaction with members of staff were equally impressive including in the restaurant, which is located on the roof level and has great views. The food was very good and not too expensive. Breakfast was also served here and was excellent. Our rooms were immaculate and had all necessary facilities but the (very small) balcony was home to the room air-conditioner compressor which left only enough room for 1 person to stand - such a shame with the wonderful views. I was also disappointed with the parking facilities which are across the road from the hotel. No problem for most but I am disabled and it was hard work for me to get from my car to the hotel. Some reserved parking close to the entrance for disabled guests would be a great addition. Like most hotels in Thailand they pay little attention to disabled needs. They had a ramp at the entrance which must have had an angle of 45 degrees - impossible to walk up or wheel yourself in a wheelchair. I have seen the same type of ramps in countless hotels here. In summary we had a very enjoyable stay and will return again next time we visit Chiang Dao. I also got a bonus - they handed me some cash on checkout saying that the rooms we used were cheaper than the rooms we had paid for - I hadn't even thought about that!

A balcony you could sit at and parking facilities for disabled people.

A spectacular view in all directions from the room and roof terrace. A gorgeous pool area with attached gym and rest chalets. Plenty of parking set off the main road. During the peak-season, when the restaurant on the ground level is open, I expect everything will add up to an amazing stay.

We were there off season, it seems the usual restaurant area was closed and all food served to the roof terrace. The staff didn't seem to know how to wait tables attentively and on the second day, the buffet breakfast was cancelled due to low numbers, which was a surprise.

The view of Chiang Dao mountain from our room was stunning. The staff at the restaurant and front desk are lovely and well-trained. The bed was comfortable. Delicious food at the restaurant.

The shower temperature was slightly more than lukewarm, so not very nice in the mornings. We had to ask them not to spray perfume in the room. It was really noxious smelling. Breakfast buffet was disappointing, given how great their lunch and dinner options are. Eggs were runny, limited choices. We ended up skipping our free breakfasts and going out instead.

As the name suggests, the hotel offers beautiful views of Chiang Dao Mountain from the rooftop restaurant. The hotel has a large pool and fully equipped gym, both well maintained. Staff, both in reception and the restaurant, were lovely and helpful. The bed in our room was comfortable and the room a good size, decent AC and a fridge.

Chiang Dao is a quiet town, not a bad thing but something to be aware of. Our room had a bath but it didn’t have taps to fill it up. Instead you had to use the shower, which was a bit inconvenient.

High quality room with all amenities.

1.Blinds aren't effective enough since sunlight seeps inside. 2..A single electronic key to open the room and power on electricity is very inconvenient because, how does one go to the gym in the morning when the other person is sleeping? If the key is taken, electricity is cut off and so the sleeping person is disturbed. If the key is not taken, then how to open the room without waking up the sleeping person?! 2. Water force is too weak.

Beautiful modern hotel with spacious and spotlessly clean bedroom and hot powerful shower, some of the best pool facilities we have come across, and overall a very well designed hotel. We were able to have early check in, arrange motorbike / moped rental through reception, and very friendly staff

The breakfast quality wasn't up to standard for the rest of this high quality hotel, and there needs to be much much more vegetarian options for the restaurant menu. This was the only thing that made our stay here tricky, in what was otherwise a very satisfactory stay

We had a perfect stay in a great, comfortable room! The mattress and pillows were super cozy, the hot shower was perfect, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the upstairs restaurant with its amazing mountain view ⛰️—just wow! 🤩 The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. There’s also a small, cute gym and a lovely swimming pool area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this hotel!

breakfast is ok but not great, but the view from rooftop overlooking the mountains is magnificent. The room is clean, air conditioner works very well;. Androidtv programs with several options is fantastic. The towls & bedsheets are clean & fresh. Room lightings are perfect.

security & safety must be improved; strangers can get into guest rooms easily as there is no security key to safeguard non-guests from accessing guest floor. Floors are wet without a signboard indicating the floor is slippery; no floor mat nor contrast stoppers between staircase on the front entrance door. On the way to the hotel, there should be a signboard leading guests to the hotel lobby. Need to improve more on indicative signboards on entrance, slippery floor, room is on cleaning process, etc.

Such a nice hotel ! This is a perfect place for a stopover in Chiang Dao, especially if you travel by car/bike, as it easily accessible and has parking. Rooms are new, and comfortable, with a large window for the view (hence the name), and bathroom is spacious. Everything stylish and clean. The rooftop terrace is lovely, although it can be a challenge to fit everyone in case of heavy rain (!): anyhow it's great views garanteed for breakfast, mocktails and/or dinner. Good breakfast (pick your choice between american or thai, if vegetarian you must specify it in advance or you'll have meat on your place with either version). Also it is a family run hotel, with a very nice people who are keen on improving their place and making your stay memorable. Great swimming pool.

The rooms are modern, spacious, clean, with large windows and great views, air conditioning, beautiful bathroom, fridge and TV. The hotel is brand new, very beautifully designed, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool among trees and flowers, a well equipped gym, several seating and relaxation options, a beautiful still life with a pond and gurgling water. The rooftop restaurant offers spectacular views of the distant surroundings and especially the nearby mountains. There are several basic breakfast options to choose from, and if guests are not quite happy with this, the staff will prepare a meal according to the guest's wishes. The owners are happy to help and advise what is interesting in the area. The owner spontaneously offered us a ride to the bus station when we were finishing our stay.
