I'm used to service in Italian hotels being smug and helpful, but here it's absolute world-class. We arrived late and yet still managed to organise dinner. A big plus is the long-operating reception and the equally long-operating indoor pool. To be highlighted: a fantastic and varied breakfast and a beautiful location, right on the lake, parking available (included in the accommodation price). Good quality-price ratio. Clean.

If I had to cling, the room a bit small

Our stay was great for a weekend near lake Garda. The room was nice and modern, bathroom looked new. We received a free upgrade to a room with terrace, which was a nice addition to our stay. The breakfast was good, with many options to choose from. The restaurant has a big terrace where you can have breakfast with lake view, which we really enjoyed. We also had a small fridge in our room, which we didn't expect as many comments mentioned there isn't one.

We had picked the location for a last minute stay and we were positively surprised. It is a wonderful place operated by wonderful people! Thanks to all staff members who were very kind, helpful and generous! It's a little gem at Lake Garda. Location is at the lake in a perfect strategic spot. Parking lot is right in front of the hotel, terrace has a generous size and overlooks the lake. Food was delicious and homemade and wine menu was very well selected. There is also a nice area with beach equipment and a jetty where we enjoyed the sunset. Our room on the top floor (elevator!) had a spectacular view and the size of the terrace was unexpected generous. We had sun beds, table and chairs and still lots of space. The room itself including bathroom/ shower was exceptionally clean and the equipment was very well functioning. Our kiddo loved the outdoor swing, table tennis and carousel on the terrace. The chill-out zone for parents is right next to :) It took us only a 30mins drive from Gardaland. We would choose the same location again in a heartbeat!

It has a beautiful “lido” , spiagga… ( beach) I think the most comfortable of the lakeside, because it offered a lot of shadows and green… ( so one of as not sitting on hard stones and was protected from the heat of the sun.) The breakfast was amazing, i could compare to a Hilton’s hotel breakfast. There was simply nothing missing. The hotel has a family , warm atmosphere. Excellent for relaxing and enjoying Garda lake and the view of the mountains. I really warmly recommend!

The staff is very nice and friendly. They help and assist with everything. The room was very cozy. Everything needed was in the room. The view from the balcony was awesome 😍 The breakfast was also delicious. Hotel has a parking places what is very convenient while travelling by car. Also there is a charger for electric cars (type 2). The location is really suitable. There is also a pier where you can take sunbathes and swim in the lake. The water is very clear! We enjoyed our staying here and are willing to come back for longer time.

Room very clean, I travel to many places and I haven't seen such cleanliness for a long time. Breakfasts delicious, if something is missing just tell the lovely lady and she will arrange everything for us. Overall service kind! Very helpful and lovely. Very nice place by the water. Great parking. Small pool but enough to cool off on hot days. Overall I highly recommend!

We had an amazing time here, the view is breath-taking, the staff is kind, always ready to help. You can reach the lake in 2 minutes, where you can pick your own sunbed, which was really nice. The hotel restaurant is also great. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, we would definitely recommend the hotel!

Great place to stay,, kind and helpful staff. Received an upgrade (from sideview to front lake view) for late comers. Very flexible on late arrival and complicated accomodation requests. Lovely and varied breakfast.

Maybe not the most modern of all, but everything works well.

Perfect location, stunning views of the lake and the mountains, very comfortable, delicious food and generous breakfast. Friendly owners and friendly staff. Very good value for money. Also appreciated the friendly gesture of the owner to offer a bottle of wine on the checkout. Highly recommended and will visit again for sure.

Areas for improvement during hot summer days: Air conditioning is currently running only between 21:00 - 09:00. Rooms are currently lacking a mini fridge to cool down water, or refreshments.

Great view, make sure you get a hotel room with a view of the lake!!! It was worth every penny. The breakfast was also delightful — one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had (on par with 5 star hotels). Friendly staff

Tad bit noisy along the road, cars woke us up a couple times during the night because we had to leave the window open as the AC was not working in our room
