We loved staying with you. ALL your staff were delightful and very helpful and kind, without exception. The staff make this place a very nice place to stay.

The food was poor considering the exceptional produce available in Italy. The cold meats and cheese at breakfast were poor quality and lacked flavour. We ate dinner twice in the hotel after long days sight seeing. The selection again was limited with no specials . We had sea bass it was cooked very poorly, no seasoning over cooked and tiny! Not cooked by someone who knew what they were doing! Very poor and let's the Hotel down. Also the shuttle service from the village doesn't work always late or doesn't turn up, in a week's stay we didn't manage to use it!! Perhaps the driver needs to communicate with people waiting?!

The staff is the best! They truly understand hospitality. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They gave great tips what restaurants, villages and beaches to go and when we told them the green in front of our terrace was blocking the view, the next day they let it cut. When we missed the last hotel shuttle, their shuttle driver picked us up one hour after his working day stopped. Amazing! The breakfast is good and the view from the terrace beautiful. The terrace and rooms can have some love to maintain them better and make it more cosy .The hotel is not easy to reach from the village without car. Extra shuttle buses would be helpful. But overall we loved our stay

The hotel was clean and well presented. All of the staff were friendly and would do anything to help make your stay more enjoyable. Katerina from guest services did a great job in organising us a small boat tour to Capri and back. Breakfast was great and set you up well for the day. Helpful to also have access to the Sister hotel (about a 1km away) with their facilities. We also tried their pizza restaurant which did a great pizza for relaxed dining experience. Also the hotel laid on a free shuttle into the local town and back at certain times during the day.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional – the perfect place for a romantic getaway for two. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the warm and professional staff who met all our needs with a smile and genuine care. Every request was handled promptly, and the team paid attention to every detail of our stay. The room was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with ambient lighting and a beautiful view. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and intimate, making it easy to relax and enjoy each other's company. Another highlight was the excellent cuisine and thoughtful amenities that ensured we didn't have to worry about a thing. This hotel truly deserves five stars – I have absolutely no complaints. We would gladly return!

The slippers with a rope in between the fingers :D Flip-flops is the name I guess, they were best quality slippers I have seen in a hotel, not the paper slippers hotels give you but a real, beautiful and durable ones. Just I have never used such types and it was hard for me to walk :D Honestly everything was great. This is just me not being able to use Flip-flops.

Everyone made sure we felt as welcomed as possible. Antonio from the restaurant made our dinner special with his food and wine suggestions and we had really pleasant conversations any time we encountered him. Front office staff acknowledged it was my fiancee's birthday and did a trick with welcome drinks so they had time to upgrade our room and send a birthday cake along with a bottle of prosecco. It was a touching moment for my fiancee and we are definitely coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A beautiful room with a thoughtful layout and considered amenities. The hotel staff were truly accommodating and helpful at all times and we also very much enjoyed the hotel breakfast each morning. The hotel also exists in a great location, with wonderful views and great access to the centre of Vietru Sul Mare down the road and a close distance to Vietri Port, with great access to the rest of the Amalfi Coast. Highly recommended!

Great stay within this hotel. The staff were absolutely helpful and friendly from the waiters and waitress to reception staff. Rossario (i believe), Angela & the other managers & all other staff went above & beyond to help us in discussing visits and how to get there, to arranging a last minhire car. I hope they all get recognition. Our room was perefctly fine with a large balcony area with recliners, tables and chairs. There was a private pool outside …. Very spacious & beautiful design. Bit cold at the end of may but it will warm up. The location was good and nice views from the terrace. Its not within walking distance of  Vietri though. Shuttle bus was very good giving you the ability to time your trips. However it needed to be booked and only operated during set times. Outside of them it had to be a taxi, which were hard to come by. We included breakfast due to the location being outside of Vietri and had no real complaints. Scrambled egg was slightly runny once but was rectified by staff. Plenty of options available. Beds were comfortable, linen was clean. Pillows comfortable and all amenities worked well.  Various streaming apps and WiFi available. There is a spa / well being option available at their sister hotel thatcan be booked at reception. It looked like a good option but I never got to try it. An easy stay with very helpful staff that made it enjoyable.

Ease of access to Vietri. Although the shuttle service was convenient, it wasn't an on demand facility. Therefore, you had to attempt to get a taxi back and down if beyond the specified timings

The staff are friendly. they cleaned the room every day, new towels, and the bed was comfortable. Private parking place. Good breakfast with many choices. They surprised us during breakfast with birthday cake for my friend. Nice swimming pool with many relaxing chairs. 30 minutes walk to the centre Vietri. 6 minutes by car. The view sea view is amazing from the hotel.

During we stayed, at the swimming pool it's not open yet, but they give u options to swim in another hotel. It was supposed to be in June the swimmin pool open. Luckily, on the last day we stayed, they filled it up the water for the swimming pool. The TV needs to be upgraded to smart TV, so we can watch netflix.
