Tutti Bein!! What a way to enjoy Positano! We arrived late at night by Taxi which was organised by Villa Yiara, the driver was very friendly and professional and we arrived in style! We messaged Villa Yiara to ask if there is anywhere to eat as it was late. They organised our reservation at a restaurant close to Villa Yiara and the food and wine didn’t disappoint! Still the best Pizza we have ever eaten! The Villa it self is spotless with the beautiful aroma of fresh flowers, it has the most incredible views and the room was spacious and very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a terrace and enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the terrace admiring the break taking views. A huge thank you to Imana and her team for making our visit to Positano so special. X

Our stay at Villa Yiara was perfect, magical and exceeded all of our expectations for our October trip to Positano. Well located, breathtaking views, near many amazing restaurants and only a 15 min walk to the beach or centre (stairs are optional throughout the town, easily accessible by following the main road). Our room was spotless clean, bed comfortable, lovely decor, had all the amenities we needed (hotel offered us beach bags, towels when going to beach). We had a beautiful private terrace where we were served the most plentiful and delicious breakfast every morning. Those moments eating breakfast privately over looking the water, cliffs and town are some of the top trip highlights for us. The staff are attentive, friendly, and incredibly hospitable. We could feel their pride for their town, property and service they provide. This hotel helped make our trip so special and would recommend. Thank you!

Nothing!! Perfect from beginning to end.

My husband and I stayed here and loved the property, the room was spacious and very clean. We had a private stairwell that led down to the road below making walking around easier. The breakfast was amazing and all of the staff was very friendly

Not the properties fault but the lack of a response was disappointing. We booked drivers through Villa Yiara multiple times. On our last ride on our way home we arranged through villa yiara and pre paid for our ride since we were catching a ferry and had to be at the port for a specific time. Our driver kept telling us we owed him more money but only cash. Again we prepaid and arrived earlier that expected. The driver was very aggressive demanding cash and dropping us off infront of an atm and told go get him cash. This was clearly a tourist scam, we reached out to the vehicle company and villa yiara with no response. For such a nice place and friendly staff I was disappointed that I booked drivers through the hotel expecting to be a safer experience.

Villa yiara was beautiful and had gorgeous views, the rooms were lovely and spacious and the breakfast bought to your room every morning was brilliant, couldn’t fault it at all! It is set on the top of the hills which I preferred as it’s slightly quieter up there with just a short walk to the centre/beachfront (15/20 mins walk). We travelled here for our honeymoon and they made it nothing but special for us when we arrived. We loved staying here and would 100% visit again in the future. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Some free water in the room would of been a lovely touch, we had to buy small bottles from the minibar which ended up being expensive or we had to collect big bottles from shops near the bottom of the hill.

Room was spacious and pristine clean, also well decorated. The whole hotel is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast served to the room each morning was a feast and beautifully prepared. The staff are all so wonderful, helpful and friendly. It was our honeymoon and they decorated the room for us and every single staff member we encountered congratulated us. A few excellent restaurants close by, better than the ones closer to the bottom near the beach. Easy walk to and from the port if you just follow the road.

It was a little hard to figure out how to reach the property on arrival and some more detailed instructions could be helpful. Best thing is to give a porter all of your bags and just walk up the road to the hotel, as a taxi is 40€ just for 600m drive and the bus takes forever and is very crowded. Once we knew the way though, it was a perfect location.

This was a first time visit to Positano, and indeed a first time in an apartment, we always stay in top level hotels as a norm. The whole experience was absolutely outstanding. The location, view, cleanliness, amenities, staff and the service quite simply put......could not have been better!!!! Imara and her team were the epitome of what exceptional service is defined as being. She was always available, always helpful and cold not do enough for us, not that we asked for a great deal, it wasn't needed. On our final day it was my wife's birthday, we hadn't made Imara aware of this, as we weren't looking for anything special to be done, but somehow, and i assume from the passport details, Imara found this out. At 8am that morning the door bell rang and there stood a member of staff with the most delightful champagne breakfast, pastries, fruits, etc, and a hand written note from Imara wishing my wife happy birthday. This typified the fine little details that Imara and her team took note of. Believe me when i say that we have travelled far and wide, stayed at some of the best hotels in the world, and of course the level of service has been outstanding at many of them, but in a small coastal town in Italy we found that size and reputation does not mean excellence is exclusive to the bright lights and statue of the residence, but more than ever it relies on the nature of the people providing the service, and on this you will find no better example than Imara at the Villa Yaira.

Absolutely nothing

The people at Villa Yiara are absolutely amazing- they were so sweet, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He upgraded my suite when he saw it was my birthday. They helped arrange a driver to the Naples train station (which was a great, comedy ride both times). The breakfast was the most delicious I have ever had in life. The eggs, the croissants, the latte, the yogurt, everything was beyond perfection. I will never forget this place, I will come back to Italy JUST to stay at villa yiara again and again.

Sooo clean, beautiful views, and the thing that really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone greeted you with a smile and a friendly goodbye. The front desk staff was super helpful with our travel needs, the cleaning staff was AMAZING - everytime we got back to our room, it was spotless. Lastly, the breakfast staff - they were incredible. So kind and provided us with a smile every morning. They breakfast is insane!!! We had any amazing honeymoon stay because of all of the Villa Yiara family.

Our stay at this stunning property was truly unforgettable. Located atop a picturesque hill, the house offers breathtaking views of the beautiful coastline, making it an ideal retreat. The apartment itself boasts a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and an beautifully designed bedroom, all tastefully decorated to reflect the charm and elegance of the Amalfi Coast. From the moment of arrival, our host was s exceptionally welcoming and responsive. He greeted us upon arrival and guided us to the gated parking, which, while an additional fee, was convenient and well-managed. Throughout our stay, the hospitality exceeded our expectations, and the Wi-Fi was consistently reliable—perfect for both relaxation and staying connected. One of the highlights of the property was the magnificent balcony overlooking the sea, adorned with lush plants. We spent many hours there, enjoying the stunning views and the peaceful ambiance. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although our visit was brief, we would highly recommend this property for anyone planning an extended stay in the area. Unfortunately, they were fully booked for next couple of days but we hope to return in the future. In summary, this property offers a prime location, impeccable design, and exceptional charm—truly a gem of the Amalfi Coast. We had no dislikes and would gladly stay here again.

We liked everything

Wonderful stay at Villa Yiara, staff were exceptional - we felt welcomed and provided very helpful advice at every stage of our booking and stay. The room was also exceptional, the presentation, facilities, view and outdoor space was great. The food and cleaning team were so friendly and happy, catered for all our needs. And the breakfast was exceptional! Followed advice and had our bags delivered by the porters from the ferry port - then walked up the road to the accommodation, we were very glad we did so.
