The rooms were very comfortable and everything worked. The firm mattress was wonderful!

We were told upon arrival that the breakfast would have breakfast burritos, but when we got down there, there were no burritos and no replacements.

Easy location near conveniences, little hallway noise, lots of cable channels and free WiFi, room seemed very clean as well as the hotel overall. I appreciated the second floor location away from the elevator, and accommodating my request of an early check in. I also really appreciated the mini fridge and microwave and plenty of storage and drawer options. It was mostly a very quiet and peaceful stay. The shower water pressure was great and water was very soft.

Located at a very busy intersection, so when the a/c was off there was tons of road noise. Desk associate upon check in and check out seemed a bit “off” and challenged in some kind of way. Pretty unprofessional and awkward for guests and probably not the best choice as for customer service. Also found it odd that no staff members were wearing masks besides housekeeping. The room showed quite a bit of wear and tear, mostly in the bathroom. Paint peeling in a lot of places. Bathroom door didn’t close properly, and several electrical outlets didn’t work. Television is pretty small and far away when in bed. But really this is just nitpicking.

Convenient, clean, cold AC.

Rooms are small. We weren’t in the room for much more than sleeping so it was perfect for us. Hotel had some bad reviews that almost made me cancel the rooms but everything was fine. Would have liked some boiled eggs or a protein option at breakfast, but there are options for most people.

The hotel was a great value. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was within 5 miles of the fields.

Super Clean!! The staff at front desk were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

It's a nice stay for the amount of money. Staff is also very friendly.

There's nothing I didn't like about microtel.

If I would have known that booking.com did my reservation I would have cancelled immediate, my rate as a Wyndham member would have been cheaper! However I didn’t know how to cancel once the reservation. Was made! So next time I will be paying closer attention to the web page I am on when making reservations!

No way to cancel a reservation made by mistake through booking.com with out a penalty even though it was just placed !
