SaffronStays Ekam (Walnut Suite) is a hidden gem in Chail. This suite is ideal for couples. This home has eveything you wish for the staff was always on their toes to make you feel comfortable. If you looking for a place away from all the city noise this is home you can book...Its called a hidden gem for a reason. :) Absolutely loved this place. ❤️ We will come back soon.

The staff at the property were very nice and very helpful and ensured we were comfortable due to which we did manage the 4 days at the property. The food was good and well served by the staff and the suite overall was well maintained and nice cosy space indoors.

Room Temperature --> It being Oct it was cold in the nights and out of 4 nights we had 2 nights without a working heater in 1 of the 2 rooms which led to more cold and coughs between kids and us. The heater was fixed on Day 3 and the Property Owners well aware did not even bother to check or ensure we are comfortable. View from Suite --> Absolutely no view nor really any outdoor experience , just a suite well decorated and maintained but in such a place we do expect a good view and nice outdoor experience which is not at all there . Meals are all indoors and not what we expected for the money we paid. Cost / Night for Suite --> Way more expensive than even a 5 Star property and has no mountain or outdoor views just a television set which is ideally what we want to get away from in such places. And being by the roadside its not even easy to go down the villa for a walk. So you are stuck between the suite and the gate of the villa since going up will be to their main Ekam villa for which the Suite does not have any access. Location --> The suite is below the main big villa (EKAM) we see in the photos and also its closer to the roadside so just a suite stuck between concrete in my view and road to go up from Gate on the road to Villa also can be better maintained for cars or people to easily walk up or down. Its a very rough patch of road .
