Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Location was great. Morning desk clerk listened and jotted down notes about a couple flaws I had noticed about our room. She seemed genuinely interested and concerned.

Electric outlets on bedside lamp did not work. Tub was slippery and drained quite slowly.. These items were reported to desk clerk in the morning at check out. See above comment.

Overall this is a good property! From the staff who was a bit friendly to the comfort of our room. cleanliness was also a key factor during our stay.

Would have loved to have a larger eating area. The area is very small especially with many having large families. It was a bit of a feeding frenzy in the mornings, making it difficult to enjoy your breakfast.

Quiet friendly free breakfast pool looked nice for kids but didn’t bring them with. Waffles in the morning were awesome, wish they had fruit to go with them though! Whirlpool tub in room was nice. Lady at front desk was so friendly and her baked goods for Halloween were delicious - had to bring some home for the kids. Quiet, just enough to do around the area with Walmart Dunkin’ Donuts and Perkins close by. Also not far from downtown. We had a great time and the room was relaxing!

Pillows were lumpy

The staff were welcoming and efficient. The facilities were in good shape. The bed was comfortable and the linens good quality. The location was what we needed for visiting family in Black River Falls.

The room was clean, but the furniture, walls and upholstery were a bit worn.

It seemed a bit heavy on Carbs. More protein would have been helplful. Adding sausage and or bacon at each breakfast meal would have been helpful. While I like biscuits and gravy I still consider this more carbs than protein.

The facility was located in a easily assessable place. The lobby was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful. We decided to add a second room when we arrived and that was extremely easy. The pool area was great and helped us to relax after two long days of traveling.

We were a little nervous about the sink in the second room, because it and the counter had been cracked and cemented together. The appearance was not great. Also, we prefer the sink to be inside the bathroom as my husband is an early riser and when he is getting ready to go out to the lobby it can be a little noisy.

I got 3 rooms, for my friends and I. The rooms were super clean. A/c was ice cold. The pool area was open 6am-midnight, and had adult only hours. The very nice lady at the front desk, checked us in 1hr early, and gave me a ATV trail map, for our trip. Breakfast was great, and the whole area was very clean. The staff here was friendly, and helpful. The hotel was right on the ATV/snowmobile trail. Great place. Check it out, you won't be sorry.

The facility is clean and welcoming. The breakfast offerings were excellent and seating area was very nice!

The facility is a bit dated with trim and moldings needing to be painted or replaced, but overall the room was very clean and pleasant.

Food was good. Nice to have it there. We told them we’d be arriving later and they saved us a first floor room which was so nice. They didn’t even know my husband is disabled so we really appreciated that.

All good.

Location great. Beds were fine. We are short in stature. Hard to get into bed. Walk in shower was super. No complaints. Staff very accommodating & polite. Will definitely stay again when in the Area.

No dislike.
