This review is from a week long stay. Friendly front desk staff! Emily made my 10 yr old excited to come back each day and tell her about her day. Linda and another lady with glasses that worked the day shift were so sweet. You have a good team working there. Very welcoming and down to earth that treated us with courtesy and great hospitality! Pool area was very well maintained. Clean & stocked pool towels and surrounding area was very well kept. I was extremely impressed by the sanitary behavior standards of the male employee who handled the breakfast area. I highly commend his commitment to sanitation and cleanliness. He always used gloves, sanitized tables as needed for the next guests, restocked as needed and cleaned the breakfast area on the go. I definately appreciate his work ethic, thank you so much and the AC in the room was phenomenal for such a hot week.

It was very unfortunate that we did not have use of the common area by the TV. We had hoped for the week stay we could have a coffee, play cards or a board game with use of the tables and/or seating area as there is really no additional common area for guest use. The chair and couch across from the check in desk were often taken by those checking in with their luggage or military personnel getting picked up etc. That was really a let down.

This hotel was all that we expected it to be! Staff was very friendly and helped with the issues that came up during our stay. Breakfast had so much food, you didn't know where to start at. Location and nearby convenance spots is perfect!

Wish I had bigger pillows to sleep on. 4 Pillows for a King Suite; just felt like I was sleeping straight on the mattress with no head support. Personally, just was not enough bed comfort.

The staff is very cordial and ready to help. The hotel is probably the best in Sparta, the place is upscale and has an indoor pool that even the locals like to use because it is heated and well kept.

When I was there the staff got a fully booked hotel and their hands and I assume this is the reason why the cleaning wasn't so great. I'm pretty sure they just cleaned the bathroom and took out the trash. Breakfast is quite weak too.

Good breakfast with details such as nuts, berries and fresh jams. Coffee available in the lobby at all times. Comfortable bed, clean and overall quiet location.

Unfortunately on site pub is permanently closed and due to location outside town, other than a fuel station, no other nearby services. A bit overpriced for Sparta location and amenities.

Nice place friendly people

I did. Not like the signs on the dokr of the pool. We had a couple grandchildren visit a nd they wont let you have them go into the pool area. Ridiculous. We were surprised and not happy with that.

The staff were very nice, the breakfast was good & the staff were constantly bringing out new food/supplies to re stock so nothing was left empty. We used the hot tub, which was fabulous. The whole pool area was great. There were some kids there from the boys & girls club. It was fun to see how much fun they had! This will be our hotel next time we are in the area. ⭐️🌟

Nothing that I can think of

Location , staff upon arrival, no necessity the 2nd shift staff . Very noisy kids in pool and hall so didn’t use pool and group of women fighting in the halls, room was close to walk , bed comfortable, nice breakfast, was pleasantly surprised this was biking capital ,

Noisy guests fighting women , kids screaming at late and early hours. Non guest-trying to get in pool, went to find biking trail and steak house, both trips GpS was wrong. Wasted lots of time trying to find those. Small theater in town, my movie didn’t start until the next day, lots of unfortunate incidences, construction in exit made me go through military base to get back to route in the countryside,

I love the mattress and the friendly staff. The property was pretty clean which is great. My children loved the pool, we had a good experience.

The breakfast bar selection and quality were good. However, "Where's the Peanut Butter?" My room was very quiet and the bed itself was very comfortable. Only negative was the very limited hanging space in the Handicap accessible room (I am not handicapped).

All good just wish more done to reduce plastic waste as below

Wish the hotel had place to fill refillable water bottles. We came to bike and a place to fill our water bottles would have been great. No place that I saw to recycle either. Please consider :)
