Sweet old fashioned motel right next to a small horse farm. Cute little gnome garden by the check-in office. The "feel" is personal, personable and neighborly. Good vibes, nice pool. Every room has a seating area outside the door. Price was excellent. Very close to the main street of Sparta, WI. Restaurants and shops a short distance away.

The shower amenities were pretty bad, as in, packets of a shampoo/conditioner combo and crumbly soaps. Towels were a little small for the fuller figured amongst us.

No breakfast... coffee typical hotel in room quality (weak) Pool was sooo clean and warm outside with nice flowers. plently of hot water in room with terrific pressure. bathroom imaculate (could probably eat off the floor! and carpet was like new - wtih no off gassing smell . very comfortable bed terrific choice of pillows - some soft some firm. Staff was friendly and very attentintive. Fabulous to have windows that opened. Very walkable town.

Some of the neighbors across the way were a bit loud music and voices as they sat right outside. However, they quieted down after nine.

The one thing that stands out more than anything else is cleanliness. The room was spotless. The price was extremely reasonable. The person who checked us in was friendly, efficient and polite. The buildings are older and so it was a pleasant surprise that all was clean, the furnishings were fairly new, and our stay was comfortable.

The only I have is that there is a $5 charge to use the pool.

The price was great and the room was super clean. And the staff came around and asked if I needed towels and they said if the trash can was full to put it outside of the door. When I went to the desk for more coffee pods and shampoo they got it for me right away. Plus they asked if I needed anything else. A good fridge and microwave were in the room.

The shower was on the cool to not warm enough side.

Great area, nice and clean. Quiet. One of the nicer motels I have stayed at in Sparta.

There could have been decaf coffee. I only had one pouch of caffeine coffee. The coffee pot took 20 min to brew. A piece of paper and pen available.

This is not a 4 star facility but it is great value for the price. The room was dated but very clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the quality of the level of facility.

Difficulty with communication with check in lady but this did not present a problem.

Super clean, the grounds are really pretty and well maintained. Brad, the manager, does a fantastic job at making sure you have everything you need! Would definitely stay again!

Parking is available outside the rooms. Location is close to food options. Easy ride from the unit to the bike trail.

For the price I paid, the room exceeded my expectations!!! I did not use the Property's WiFi.
