We have stayed here multiple times while visiting family. Last time was just ok, but there have been many updates to the property since then. Our room was very clean. Carpet looked new, bathroom fixtures were updated, new blinds in place, and very nice mattresses and bedding. They have really upped their game!

The breakfast room was clean and well stocked but the bread for toast was dried out inside the cabinet. Maybe put the slices in individually sealed bags?

Staff friendly, respectful, prompt and accommodating to requests. Great family! The owners of this hotel desire to continue to make improvements and are so kind to guests.

Room and bathroom were a bit tight/small. Corners of bathroom floor need attention.

Room keys were turned off before check out. We were trying to load the car and had to go around to front door to get back in the building. Luckily someone was still in our room so could get in for the rest of our stuff. Bathroom was a little small.

Room location was good, but it had a step down from the sleeping area to the sitting area. Made it seem more spacious that ay, but it could have been a problem in the dark.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming to our party(we were in the process of moving so we had our cat with us). Next to a very nice, family-style restaurant-a good intro to Wisconsin-the chicken dumpling soup was the real deal!

Room was a little tight

Breakfast was good ,staff was great , loved that it was dog friendly, loved how warm the the pool and hot tube were. It was so quiet and dark at night that we slept really well

Could not book a year in advance was told there were no rooms available. But corporate said there were open rooms

clean and spacious rooms, breakfast was great lots of choices, food was replenished so even at 8:30 when we got there there was still plenty of food. James was friendly and welcoming, he made us feel welcomed and valued. I would recommend this hotel

nothing, i was happy with everything

The breakfast bar was well stocked, and I enjoyed it. Coffee could have been a little hotter. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very small and felt a little crowded.

I was very happy with how clean, crisp, and white the bedding was and our fluffy white bathroom towels. It's a older building but they are doing a great job to upgrade it.

We didn't have any complaints.
