Front desk clerk was very nice. Room was ample in size. Plenty of free parking. Hot water with good pressure. WiFi worked well. Tv selections and reception was excellent.

The gal running the free breakfast appeared terribly sick incessantly coughing while stocking the breakfast. Coughing in her hand and then handling utensils, napkins, fruit. She should not have been there. Eggs appeared to be reconstituted not fresh. Solid number of choices at the breakfast but the sickly staff made eating a risk and no one was in the breakfast area when we walked in. Room was fairly clean but stain on sheets and dust on vent.

It was very clean, well maintained. For the most part very quiet. Its not a brand new building but a lot of it has been updated and refreshed, i liked their paint colors and schema,.quality thick paint. The place inspired germ free confidence, no humidity. Was not by many restaurants but is by a major supermarket. My internet never failed. Breakfast was good and delicious! Fruits and yogurt are offered! There were no ridiculous upcharges and they did not nickel and dime me. The vending machine was one dollar. Please dont change that. Ty.

My microwave was very weak, please update them all becuase the supermarket is the food in walking distance by your location and so microwave food needs good microwaves.

The back of the bathroom door has some weird gunk on it. Probably needs a good scrub down. Some parts of the room were really dusty. Not a huge deal! Loved they layout of the room and it's size. Price was great, considering it's now wedding/graduation season! Front desk was super nice and efficient!

Just the minor cleaning that should probably be done better.

The facility was clean, our room was very spacious & we were close to the pool. The lady who checked us in Friday night was fantastic! She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She also took the time to help us learn the general area and where to go for restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, not much variety/healthy choices.

They were very accommodating to my circumstances. The price was reasonable and affordable. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, and everyone was extremely friendly and kind! I hope to stay here again. It's definitely one of the better hotels in the area.

The only thing I may say is that carpeting in the room could be updated/replaced. Other than that everything else was wonderful

Everything was great. The price, the location, the rooms were clean, the staff were beyond so nice. Got my room upgraded which was a surprise to me and it was an awesome surprise

Pool room door while exiting, had issues opening. It was like I had to slam my hand up near the top to open it since it doesn’t have a key card reader to open it from the inside only the outside.

They closed the room where we were playing cards telling us that there was a reservation after us. However, after we left the room prior to the "reservation" they turned off the lights and locked the door. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and accommodating, but the woman, (manager possibly) was very rude the entire time we were there.

Tara at the front desk is absolutely awesome. We stay here often and she greeted us by name. She made check in and out stay that much nicer. She is great! Pool area was great, our room was big, clean and comfortable.

The pull out couch in our room was a little worn out and the air conditioning had a rather musty smell part of the time it ran, but not real bad.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was adequate, but did not appeal to my wife, who is on a keto diet. The staff was friendly and available.

The breakfast was a bit on the OK side rather than great or excellent side. My wife was not impressed with the cheese omelets. It would have been better to have scrambled eggs and sausages.

Easy on & off I-90, & close to restaurants, coffee shops & retail establishments. The front desk staff member was very friendly & there was a good breakfast selection included in room cost. Room was quiet, clean & spacious and recently repainted, which shows that the hotel keeps up with maintenance. Very clean bathroom another plus. All in all, a wonderful hotel that we’ll definitely return to!

The only improvement that I can think of would be to replace the carpet with vinyl plank flooring - carpet just holds too many allergens. My guess is that this is already on the list for future improvements!
