The staff, the breakfast, the room upgrade were all great! Check in and out was easy and we loved the pool and pool hours.

The cleaning of the room overall could be better. There was noticeable hand prints on both headboards of the bed from previous guests… and the tub, which we did not use, was not cleaned well prior to our arrival as there was hairs of all types in it. The floors could’ve used a better vacuuming as well. If we were staying more than 1 night, we probably would have said something regarding the lack of cleanliness of the room.

Front desk clerk was very nice. Room was ample in size. Plenty of free parking. Hot water with good pressure. WiFi worked well. Tv selections and reception was excellent.

The gal running the free breakfast appeared terribly sick incessantly coughing while stocking the breakfast. Coughing in her hand and then handling utensils, napkins, fruit. She should not have been there. Eggs appeared to be reconstituted not fresh. Solid number of choices at the breakfast but the sickly staff made eating a risk and no one was in the breakfast area when we walked in. Room was fairly clean but stain on sheets and dust on vent.

It was very clean, well maintained. For the most part very quiet. Its not a brand new building but a lot of it has been updated and refreshed, i liked their paint colors and schema,.quality thick paint. The place inspired germ free confidence, no humidity. Was not by many restaurants but is by a major supermarket. My internet never failed. Breakfast was good and delicious! Fruits and yogurt are offered! There were no ridiculous upcharges and they did not nickel and dime me. The vending machine was one dollar. Please dont change that. Ty.

My microwave was very weak, please update them all becuase the supermarket is the food in walking distance by your location and so microwave food needs good microwaves.

The bed was very comfortable- which isn’t always the case. The breakfast was good. Sometimes places say breakfast but it’s just a continental breakfast. Theirs had cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, muffins, etc. so it actually was a breakfast. Plenty of towels in the pool area.

It could use some TLC or some updates. Carpet had snags so it may be time to replace it- but it didn’t impact our stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the breakfast was varied and tasty, and the rooms were kept very clean. The staff were always welcoming and responsive to any requests. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The place was clean and the breakfast was good. There was biscuits and gravy as well as bacon and sausage and a variety of other things. There is a swimming pool, but we didn't use it.

The location is a little tricky to find and you have to go through construction right before you get there. That should change as soon as they get the roads fixed.

The back of the bathroom door has some weird gunk on it. Probably needs a good scrub down. Some parts of the room were really dusty. Not a huge deal! Loved they layout of the room and it's size. Price was great, considering it's now wedding/graduation season! Front desk was super nice and efficient!

Just the minor cleaning that should probably be done better.

The facility was clean, our room was very spacious & we were close to the pool. The lady who checked us in Friday night was fantastic! She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She also took the time to help us learn the general area and where to go for restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, not much variety/healthy choices.

They were very accommodating to my circumstances. The price was reasonable and affordable. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, and everyone was extremely friendly and kind! I hope to stay here again. It's definitely one of the better hotels in the area.

The only thing I may say is that carpeting in the room could be updated/replaced. Other than that everything else was wonderful

Everything was great. The price, the location, the rooms were clean, the staff were beyond so nice. Got my room upgraded which was a surprise to me and it was an awesome surprise

Pool room door while exiting, had issues opening. It was like I had to slam my hand up near the top to open it since it doesn’t have a key card reader to open it from the inside only the outside.
