Breakfast was really great. The lady kept it full and stocked. Staff was very polite. The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was good. comfortable and clean. Pool was good. Hot tub was good. Plenty of vending for soda and snacks in front lobby area. Good location close to river and restaurants.

A few cracked floor tiles in bathroom. And a chair that looked like a frat party may have took a ride on it.

Very clean room, friendly staff, extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent, with a typical hotel menu and good food quality. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and the price.

The only negative I have is the chair, which was older and not the most comfortable piece of furniture out there. But, it was serviceable and was far outweighed by all the other positives.

The hotel staff were very attentive and always responded to my requests in a timely manner. I also really enjoyed the excellent breakfast every morning and appreciated the fitness center — it was a great addition to my stay.

The breakfast was a full breakfast and very good! The location was perfect for all the locations that we needed to get to. We had never been to Lacrosse before so it was nice to be able to find everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a full day of activities!

We really didn't find anything we didn't like.

Lacrosse is a lovely city, well worth visiting. It has a lovely river front park along the Mississippi, and lots of trails for biking and walking. It is a college town, so it's many restaurants and bars tend to be seasonal. There are many hotels. This one provided good value for us as we want clean and comfortable, not high end luxury.

Not the nicest location in town. To enjoy the city, you need to get in your car and drive a couple of miles. However, it did not seem to be unsafe or insecure.

As soon as we walked in the girl at the front desk was super friendly and efficient. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The pool hot tub and work out room were very clean as well. Jacuzzi was amazing. My husband and I went down to breakfast thinking they were only going to have surgery cereals and muffins etc... what was actually there was all that stuff plus eggs sausage potatoes and biscuits and gravy. Pleasantly surprised!! Also this was a weekday. Also we were right across from the vending/ice machine and we didn't hear anything from those two in the room. I thought this was a great value for the money and if we have to stay overnight in lacrosse again we will definitely be staying here!

Nothing everything was great

The friendly atmosphere and how polite the staff and eople in general were. The room was comfortable and clean and made me feel welcome when I opened the locked room door.

I noticed that here was no handsoap in the bathroom to wash your hands. Having handsoap us the biggest part of hygiene since it involves keeping germs at bay by washing them with soap m warm water.

Wonderful motel in every way.

There wasn’t a restaurant near to walk to. There is a KFC but it is about to blocks away and across a busy four lane street - main highway.

Friendly, helpful on where to eat after check-in. All requests were fulfilled on location of room, also clean and crisp bed!!! Will bring a swim suit next time. And yes we would stay again. Breakfast good also. Best waffle maker ever!!close to everything. Win win.

Smaller parking lot...but not a issue at time

The breakfast was very good. Could use a little more variety for people staying more than a day or two. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and nice. The pool and hot tub were nice. Many things to see nearby
