The size of the room was good and the staff was very friendly.

The shower, I didn't think it worked so I had the guy at the front desk come up. Turns out you just had to pull really hard to turn the water on.

It was convenient to be able to walk to eat the hot tub and especially the check-in Sean

Everything was very good. The air conditioner was a little noisy, but acceptable.

We didn't have breakfast. Our ride came early so we couldn't get breakfast.

The TV was very difficult to use. It was tough to figure out how to get it on. After figuring it out it was not easy to find the correct channel.

Excellent place to stay whether overnight or extended stays. Staff and owner are very friendly and very understanding. Recommend this place as great place to stay when in lacrosse Wisconsin

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was also clean and had more utilities than expected. Not too expensive and it's in a good location.

the bathtub was quite run down and the shower pressure was very weak other than that, stay was good.

not enough wash clothes and the maid didn’t clean the rooms regularly. so as the trash built up in my room I had to give them to the hotel employees
