We liked the location, the availability of real coffee in the dining area, and the bedding comfort. The hotel was clean and well supplied. We went out for breakfast so can't comment on the hotel breakfast experience.

The incredibly loud noise of other guests late into the night with their kids running and yelling up and down the hallways. The people above our room also had kids who were creating a lot of noise bouncing around late at night and early in the morning. More a comment on the lack of guest awareness and parenting skills than the hotel. I would make sure I got a 3rd floor room if I ever come again, even though the hall running noise could happen again.

Location was good, unfortunate about the construction but understandable. Pool was a good temperature. Not overly crowded. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was adequate space for eating.

I checked several times about getting an additional room, but unfortunately was told the hotel was sold out. Parking lot was not full, so not sure if that was accurate. Was hoping for a cancelation. The room had some garbage on the floor. Nothing major however it was the first thing we saw upon entering.

pet-friendly is not customer friendly a dog in an adjoining room woke me each morning by 6:00 am barked when the elevator door opened, when a room door opened or closed, when someone walked through the hall

Breakfast was ok. No meat available. One muffin and one bagel choice. Cereal yogurt as usual. All in all not bad. Showers were good but friend commented their shower leaked all over the floor. I told them mine did also till I realized that housekeeping left the shower doors reversed so when you step in and close the door the inner door was positioned away from the shower head allowing the outer door to leak.

Our room was huge. I enjoyed having places to sit besides the bed. The adjustable chair + the sofa were really nice. The pool was nice and warm & even soaked in the hot tub a bit.

The room was very tidy, but the smell of artificial fragrance (like febreeze &such) was very strong. It was almost 90 out & I had to sacrifice ac to open the window to try & air it out. I know I'm in the minority, but allergies to fragrance make it very hard to relax.

My only points for improvement are in the pool area. There were a number of ants in there. It’s also a bit dark in the evenings, could use some added lighting. But it was still an all around good experience here!

Clean. Close to restaurants, shopping and I-90. Parking was convenient.

The lobby was very warm. Receptionist said there was a broken coil with the AC.

getting off the highway you need to circle around behind the hotel using frontage roads. Not a big deal, but a bit tricky at night with bad weather if you are towing

Very clean. The breakfast was well stocked and not messy despite having many soccer teams staying at the property.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for soccer tournaments for many years. The exterior areas are starting to look somewhat a bit rundown. Likely time for a refresh.
