The property was located in a good location to walk everywhere. The breakfast was good.

The parking was an issue. There are two ramps on either side of the hotel and no one knew how the pricing worked. The hotel had no overflow options for parking. Not only did we have to pay a high price for the hotel but also pay to park in the ramp because we had two vehicles. The doors were locked so getting into the hotel initially to check in was difficult. Once I got my keys it was fine. It was very expensive for one weekend so I probably would not stay here again during this event weekend. They never sent the receipt for the stay to our email as requested.

This was a great location to the downtown. Staff was very professional with great hospitality. Our room was clean with a nice kitchenette. Nice excise area and delicious breakfast.

Wished there was a hot tub. Parking was. A challenge at night. Could use a bigger parking area for guests.

Noisy at overnight at the outside wall of my room, loud cars, sirens, woke up to a car back-firing. "Gourmet" labeled coffee was lacking in substance and taste.

Was charged $450.92 more than what booking.com sent me for price. Have been trying to get my money back from them!!!! Even sent them the booking email, proving the rate! About to report to the State Attorney General’s Office!

the room was very clean and spacious. bathroom was also very clean, good lighting

the bed was comfortable but a little soft the breakfast was included but not good the shower had a good amount of pressure, but the shower head is quite high-great for my 6'2" husband, not so great for 5"2" me

Overall the hotel was amazing! Loved the large room with the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were a plus, super comfy! I will stay here again for sure!

Love the locations and staff was amazing

The coffee was never refilled in the room and it is fine but we were there for 3 days and we one for 2 cups of regular coffee.

All the dishes in dishwasher were not clean. Either they forgot to run it before we came or not working properly.I notified the front desk on checkout. We did not need to use the dishes so no big deal. Front desk staff was very nice

Excellent location and customer service

Ideally Booking.com needs to have consistent order or booking numbers as they do not match the system for Home to Suites. Was hard to find my reservation at first.

Extremely clean and welcoming greeting at the desk. The experience was so pleasant especially the interchange with the desk manager who checked us in.
