Nice, clean room with comfortable seating. Basic self-service breakfast with coffee, teas, and water available all day in a separate area across the way.

Have no complaints. There was a little mix up. In the evening I was called and informed I was given the wrong room - it had a comfortable bed, sofa, desk, walk in shower, microwave, refrigerator, large TV. Might have been a more expensive room, which I had not asked for. By then I had already taken a shower and was getting into bed, so I was left in the room. Thank you Hampton Inn for a lovely stay.

The hotel was nice, bright, and clean in the main space and the rooms. The breakfast space was big to accommodate a lot of guests and it was great way start to the day with a yummy breakfast. The staff taking care of it all were so pleasant and accommodating. Great experience over all.

There is nothing we really didn't like. Maybe the only criticism was the air conditioning was a bit on the loud side.

Clean, great staff

I could hear a family through the walls with young children who kept us awake. It could use better sound proofing or at least spread out the rooms. I do 't think the hotel was busy at all. Also the breakfast was not great. Very clean and lovely staff, but forget the hot food. It seemed microwaved and soggy. Good bagels juice and coffee.

heated salt-water pool w/plenty of towels, nice sized fitness center w/a variety of equipment, nice variety for breakfast, comfy bed & pillows, quiet & very clean hotel close to UW-LaCrosse campus, can checkin & checkout virtually & can select your own room from the map based on availability

The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The salt water pool was fantastic. We both enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast fell short. Hot food options were sparse. And breakfast area was not well stocked. I did enjoy the fruit, muffins, coffee and juice.

very friendly staff. the breakfast area was clean and a great selection of food. The staff in the breakfast area were smiling and seem to be very happy in their jobs. The rooms were quiet, we were right off the entry way and didn't hear much going on. The pool area was clean and fresh towels available to use. Beds were very comfortable.

The room was huge and very clean with a little kitchenette area. The staff was outstanding, the breakfast food was very good, all around great experience.

I needed a cart to put all of our bags on (when checking out) and since there were only 3 available, I had to wait quite a while for one to be returned.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I think the most important aspect was how friendly EVERY person on staff was. Everyone was upbeat and friendly and it didn't appear to be an act.
