First morning breakfast was lacking in protein (corned beef hash), kids didn't care for it, too greasy for me. But the eggs and other items were great. 2nd morning sausage patties were good for one of the kids and french toast was filling.

Pool was a little chilly, but the hot tub was perfect in temp. Would have been nice to have a tea kettle or something like it in the room. I make pour over coffee and sometimes it's hard to pour hot water from a pot and maybe a paring knife for cutting. We did eat in the room for a couple of meals as it's cheaper than eating out all the time.

I love the room the bed was comfortable The room was the perfect size I had a one bedroom with a sofa and at a good price The staff is fantastic.. I love the comfort of the lobby it's like you're at home Walking into your front room The staff is super super sweet Very accommodating when I need a late checkout because I take Amtrak over there to go to the Catholic shrine. The location is perfect near the river walk and downtown.

There was nothing I didn't like I would like to make a suggestion Maybe you can put a broom and dustpan in the room.

We came to town to visit the Rotary Christmas light display in the park. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were able to walk there in less than 5 minutes. Everything was wonderful. Keisha at the front desk was amazing and such a friendly face to greet people as they come in. Check in was very quick and easy. The hotel was decorated for Christmas, and it was so warm and inviting. The room was very clean. We had a suite with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa. We did not use the sofa bed as those tend to not be too comfortable, but we brought an inflatable queen size air mattress and that fit in the space just fine. The pool and hot tub were very small, but the area was very clean, and they served the purpose fine for one night. We brought some food and drinks and ordered in pizza. It was nice to have the kitchenette with dishes and a dishwasher. Free breakfast is always a nice perk. While it wasn't the most extravagant spread, there were plenty of options to eat. We will definitely come back in the summer months for a short stay and check out the other amenities and attractions in the area.

I liked the location of the hotel... very close to shopping, bars, breweries, and eateries, but yet it was also a more quiet location. The staff were wonderful and my suite was spaceous.

There were stains in the hallway carpets that immediately caught my attention, which threw a red flag as to what my room might be like. My room, for the most part, was very clean aside from the front of the dishwasher, that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a very long time, alongside of the side table lamps by the bed. I went to breakfast at 7:30, and there were no hot food items remaining, with the exception of a few sausage links and one piece of french toast in the warmers. All the pitchers of juice were empty also.

Check-in simple, room was spacious and clean. Hot breakfast, albeit it simple was appreciated. Location was perfect for us as attending holiday gathering at the Freight House.

Bed seemed small for a Queen. Our shower did not have anywhere to put your shampoo or soap which was a little annoying. This appeared to be a handicap-accessible shower on the fourth floor which was surprising. Would have liked to have seen fresh fruit on breakfast bar.

The room was a good size and value for the price paid. Loved that we were able to easily accommodate a family of 5 in one room (2 queens and a sofa bed). The holiday decorations included many completed Lego sets that were placed throughout the lobby area -- it was amazing to see!

The location was close to everything, but........there was a homeless encampment about 100 yards from the hotel. There was a near constant stream of homeless folks traveling to and from the encampment (right in front of the hotel and parking lot). There were homeless people walking around the parking lot in the evening when I was outside with the dog. I never actually felt unsafe; just be aware that this is the situation if you are traveling alone (and are a female).

Lot of space in room. Beds comfortable . Breakfast was good. Close to places we were planning to go to. Staff pleasant. Shower water nice and hot.

Our door was very hard to open always stuck. Mentioned when we checked out girl at desk said yes our 3 rd floor doors have to be lifted up to open should have told us that at check in. Refrigerator kind of noisy but didn’t keep us awake.

The rooms are always clean when I stay here - they are perfect for an overnight or long weekend as they are well equipped. The staff is great and the location is unbeatable! I will stay here again!

I don't have anything I didn't like. The place is consistent and cozy, which is great when traveling for work or fun. The brekky spread is good, but I usually only get coffee and eat at a local cafe.

It was great to have separate bedrooms as well as a sitting area. It was nice being able to walk right to the river and the downtown area. The breakfast was had a large selection and the coffee was good.

The shower head was broken. It was not possible to take a shower without spraying water all over the bathroom floor.

Complimentary breakfast available before heading out for the day was nice, great location as well as customer service, Keyshia was exceptional, appreciated her offer to make fresh pot of coffee upon our evening arrival♡

Keeping up with replenishing food items during morning breakfast rush was attempted but overheard other guests commenting they were going to Kwik Trip so they could get something to eat. Gal working area was kind and pleasant and trying.
