The staff was very accommodating from the time I called to confirm my reservation to the point I checked out. There was construction going on but it didn't affect our stay one bit and it looks like it's going to turn out great! We got a fantastic rate and will return to this hotel whenever we need to stay in La Crosse!

It was kinda dirty, had a funky smell, the water did t get hott only warm, the pool, bar and restaurant were all closed down so we had to leave the hotel and drive in a unknown area to try and find a kid friendly place to eat. And the kids could not go swimming which is one of the .ain't reasons we picked this hotel, to let them swim.

No tv asked for more towels never got them I was there Thursday- Sunday housekeeping never came in

This location is obviously in the process of being renovated. It was attached to a bar that seemingly had been closed for years. The room was clean enough. That being said, no towels, multiple cigarette burns in the bedding. The faint scent of a dirty old ashtray. The pool was closed for "maintenance." The television would not power up. No remote. I am not sure if this place needs to be renovated or condemned. On a positive note, the air conditioner worked like a charm. So there is that. I would pass on this "Bates Motel" unless you had no other option.

trash inside and outside of the building. hallways were very dirty. had to knock on the door to make sure there wasn't someone already in the room. The tv turned on and that was it, no channels. The toilet wasn't hooked up.

Everything sucked Employee missing for 30 minutes with 6 people waiting to check in All public facilities were inoperable Hallways dirty Smelly No fans in bathrooms leading to visible mold on floor Tv was frozen from the moment we turned it on Still had the wrap on the TV If I had a different vehicle with me I would have slept in there instead of staying at the sorry ass excuse of a hotel

It was prepaid so I could not get a refund I can't say anything about the place that was good please avoid staying here

Dirty disgusting. sales of product in the parking lot Sales of I guess you could say body parts in the parking lot. Very creepy climate

The place is absolutely filthy. The lobby carpet looks like it's never seen a vacuum and the rooms have what look to be bodily fluid stains everywhere. I was shown 2 rooms neither one was clean so I left and stayed elsewhere.

There were cigarette burns on the comforter. The bed was too soft. There were no outlets by the bed. We did not stay for breakfast.
