The breakfast was very good, the coffee was wonderful, LOVED the pool & hot tub, the gentleman managing (maybe owner?) the front desk was wonderful, we LOVED the location, and it was so clean that I mistakenly thought that it had just opened! We were coming back from celebrating our anniversary and would usually have stayed at the Courtyard in La Crosse as usual, but we planned an early outing close by, so it was more convenient. We probably won't stay at the Courtyard again!

Honestly, can't think of a thing. It was a great stay and the price was too good to pass up, we look forward to staying with them again. I'm just sorry that it took me this long to review the hotel. Our stay was in August.

The hotel was convenient for our purposes. It has an open staircase rather than an elevator, which was not a problem because we were given a first floor room..it was large enough to accommodate our two bicycles. The biggest deal is that the bed was comfortable. We’ve actually had good luck with hotels such as these. We’ve stayed in much more expensive hotels with hard beds, and didn’t sleep a wink.

The bathroom was clean and adequate but not fancy. We wanted a reasonably priced hotel so the bathroom matched our expectations. I love it when a shower cap is available.

Great location to catch a show at Maple Grove Venue. A Shell station with a Subway just down the block. Breakfast was sparse, a waffle machine and some hot foods. Our tv wouldn't work and we were easily changed to another room right away. Don't get room 124 unless you want to hear the LOUD banging of the outside door though. Great small town hotel.

The room was very nice and roomy. The pool and hot tub were also great. The breakfast had many options; cereal, waffles, yogurt, eggs and sausage, English muffins, juice, coffee, etc. The location was also great with it only being a couple of blocks from the La Crosse River trail. The town of West Salem also had some nice resturants and we had a excellent dinner at the Westview Inn.

The counter space in the bathroom could be larger.

We liked that we got a deluxe room with a pull out couch for a good price. Also the pool was decent and hot tub relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was fine. The guy checking us in was helpful and had extras like a toothbrush since we forgot one. Would stay again if it worked out to be on our way again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. A nice assortment and waffles!! :) Bonus because they had sugar free syrup!

Not a problem for us, but you do need a car to get around if you stay here.

The staff are all very welcoming. We didn't have to ask for room service. They checked in with us to make sure we were okay.

Honestly nothing to complain about!

I liked the color scheme I liked that we had two beds I liked that Cooling system was quiet in our room I liked Continental Breakfast I liked we were on bottom floor

Room was clean and cozy breakfast was good

Jacuzzi was out of order !!Was one of the reason we booked a room there was hoping to relax in it wasn't able to use pool too many kids in it (12) at one time

It was easy to find and perfect for our group that was traveling together. Nice sitting area in the lobby and the group enjoyed the pool.
