Great location and parking is free. The staff is super friendly. Room was clean.

The hotel i think is going through renovations and I dont think breakfast was offered but I also didnt look. So that would have been a nice option versus leaving the property in the morning.

The location was amazing - right across the street from the Convention Center and River Park, in the heart of the downtown. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, asking if we needed anything, friendly, easy to work with.

The breakfast could have been better. There was no hot tea available and minimal choices of food.

The accessible room was perfect. Lower bed, walk-in shower, grab bars, close to the elevator. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

There were only two handicapped spaces in the front parking lot. They were taken most of the time. But there was a parking garage nearby.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful in locating points of interest. Check-in/out was effortless. I will use the hotel again.

The timing of my room cleaning was later than I would have liked, although the actual room cleaning was of good quality.

Very friendly and attentive staff. All in all, it's a very nice place. Frankly, we stayed across the street at the Radisson, this place was better!

There was a big greasy spot on the headboard, I wiped it off with a wet cloth. The ice container was dirty and dusty, I cleaned it off.

Staff was incredibly friendly! The hotel is under new ownership so some work is being done, like the pool was out of service. Overall, very comfy and clean. Will be back!

Close to the hospital

Washing machine broken - part of the reason I booked hotel was to do laundry, because I was in lacrosse for a week, for a hospitalized family member.

The hotel was clean and centrally located. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only very small detail that I was happy about was that the day after the cancellation date, we received a message stating that the restaurant was closed. That would have been good to know before hand so we would have had a chance to cancel if the restaurant was necessary.

You should get rid of comments online that a breakfast is included as it is not. I wish the hotel bar would have more hours. Should of gotten a discount for staying two nights or at least a discount on second night since rooms were available - prices were jacked up due to college graduation.

We went to a concert at the lacrosse center located across the street. Loved the convince to the Lacrosse center and downtown

The property has a restaurant in it but it was closed for remodeling. We went down town for food and drinks instead.
