The location was great - a four minute walk away from restaurants, bars, and other services. A two minute walk away from a boardwalk along the Mississippi river. The room was a nice size and clean. Clean and comfortable king size bed. Lots of pillow options. Large TV. Nice cold AC. It was also nice to be able to crack the window and let fresh in the room in the evening. The property provides complementary parking in a garage right behind the building if there is none available in the lot directly in front of the hotel entrance. I had somehow booked two rooms & was struggling to cancel the second room with my phone and the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and recommended calling booking.com for assistance. Was able to get that cleared up within 30 minutes of my arrival. After taxes and fees, this room was barely over $100 for the night. I would definitely stay here again if I was passing through La Crosse Wisconsin .

The hotel i think is going through renovations and I dont think breakfast was offered but I also didnt look. So that would have been a nice option versus leaving the property in the morning.

The location was amazing - right across the street from the Convention Center and River Park, in the heart of the downtown. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, asking if we needed anything, friendly, easy to work with.

The breakfast could have been better. There was no hot tea available and minimal choices of food.

The accessible room was perfect. Lower bed, walk-in shower, grab bars, close to the elevator. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

There were only two handicapped spaces in the front parking lot. They were taken most of the time. But there was a parking garage nearby.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful in locating points of interest. Check-in/out was effortless. I will use the hotel again.

The timing of my room cleaning was later than I would have liked, although the actual room cleaning was of good quality.

Very friendly and attentive staff. All in all, it's a very nice place. Frankly, we stayed across the street at the Radisson, this place was better!

There was a big greasy spot on the headboard, I wiped it off with a wet cloth. The ice container was dirty and dusty, I cleaned it off.

The hotel had the smell of pot in the hallway on the 5th floor thru out the stay. The small main parking lot had several spots taken up with trailers, etc.. and not personal vehicles. The front staff was rarely as t the front desk but were nice and helpful.

We have a 9-ft high van and the proprietor at the time helped us secure a spot in the outdoor parking lot before they filled up. Just an extra effort for something that would have been a big problem otherwise with nothing but covered parking elsewhere.

The parking was close by. The hotel location was convenient to bars, restaurants and the river walk. The room was fantastic with a sitting room and separate bedroom! We will stay again!
