So affordable and a great deal considering what you get (I stayed on a Thursday night). The aquatic center was the draw here. Perfect size for what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations. My kids (10, 6, 3) had a lot of fun playing with their cousins (13, 10, 5, 5). So much more than a traditional hotel pool but not an indoor waterpark which made it manageable. Though we didn't stay more than a couple hours on our visit, I appreciated the pools were open all day, as late as 11pm. And the hot tub was huge! Breakfast was pretty standard. Waffle maker, sausage and eggs plus typical continental breakfast offerings. Vending machine had easy mac which I thought was a nice touch.

In our wing of the hotel there was no elevator to the second floor. Room felt a bit old but not a huge deal. The breakfast seating area was a little small. While we were there all the tables filled up and some families had to grab and go.

The waterpark/pool had a volleyball court as well as two very sturdy basketball hoops. The breakfast was amazing, the vending machine selection was top notch(my kids happily used all our single 1's to buy treats they hadn't every had before). The check in staff was great. We landed here because we had a scare on the highway during a blizzard and needed to divert to somewhere relaxing/entertaining to decompress for the rest of the day/night. The hot tub was perfect. The little gas station across the parking lot had wine/beer and a variety of meats and cheeses and such. Overall 10/10 will recommend and tell everyone we know about this hidden gem so it continues to thrive!

Nothing, we loved everything about the hotel. We disliked the scary road conditions and weather that led us here, but that is of no fault of the hotel obviously.

The pool area was amazing! It is very spacious. The temps of all the pools were comfortable. The sports pool was so fun offering basketball and volleyball. The slides were a blast. Hot tub was huge! The breakfast was decent. I like that they had hot options every morning and a waffle station. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The futon was older and a tad lopsided. We found an old cookie under it when we converted it into a bed. The toilet in the bathroom was slanted to one side. Some elements like these mentioned could benefit from a little updating. That being said, we would still stay here again in a heartbeat!

Front staff were very nice! Quick check in and check out process. Hot breakfast in the morning was very appreciated and starting it at 5:30. Our room was very nice! It was a very nice surprise that the bedroom was it’s one separate room, there was a couch, dining room table, kitchen sink, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, a separate tv in the bedroom, spacious bathroom and a separate mirror in the kitchen/living room area. And I loved the lodge theme and furnishings! Great location right of the highway, very close walking distance to many places to eat and gas stations! Great suite for the price! Will stay here again!!

This hotel is our home away from home, we got the family suite which has a full-size refrigerator a table and chairs for four, and enough room for all of our adult kids who also stayed this weekend. The pool area is a very nice benefit.

Breakfast Monday and Tuesday weren't as good as it was fri-sun. A different lady ran the buffet. The food wasn't hot. Overall it was a good breakfast and we'll definitely keep staying at this hotel 3-4times a year.

Staff was very friendly, smiled every time we were greeted, helpful and polite when asking for extra blankets and pool keys. Room was spacious , great shower pressure, beds were soft and comfortable. 3 separate pools and a hot tub. Kiddie pool with 2 watersides, a pool with basketball hoops and volleyball net, and a pool for swimming. Breakfast was your typical hotel set up. Overall 10 out of 10. One of our favorite hotels to stay at.

Closer room to the pool and there is no elevator.

I love the hotel in general. They have nicer rooms that accommodate all of my family. I myself booked four rooms this weekend. The staff was great. The property was great but not perfect. We've been staying there for years and will continue to do so. The pool area is very large and holds a lot of people. The hot breakfast is a plus as well. We had the sandhill crane sweet which holds a large bathroom/shower a king sized bed a large Jacuzzi tub, a TV stand and bedside table. Then in the other room there is a kitchenette with a full size fridge and sink, microwave, a 4 seat dining table, along with a living room area which was a futon sofa, and a TV stand. It's a very nice room if you need more space.

Some small stuff like my bed was like 6" from the wall which isn't a deal breaker because with the large bathtub and the bedside table on the other side it's understandable. Overall it's a very good place to stay. The sheets weren't right for the mattress and kept coming loose at the corner.

This was our second year coming to tomah from La Crosse to stay here for my daughter's birthday, she turned six this year and insist she wants to come every year for her birthday! It's perfect for young kids and even adults to enjoy. The park is wide open so you can always see your kids no matter where they are playing. The staff was absolutely wonderful to us, every single one of them! Very friendly and always asking if we needed anything, and staff was always working, cleaning, and on the move to help. The prices are awesome as well. I can't think of one thing bad to say, we love coming here. (:

Only bad thing is how fast time flies when your having fun!(:

I didn’t go for the breakfast. But I enjoyed their pool area as did my grandson. There’s a small waiting pool for a small children that has a slide. 3 foot Deep area. And a good size main pool fit. The deepest is 4‘2“. It was most enjoyable.

The room was booked as a kitchenette. And that turned out to be a small microwave and a mini fridge. I was disappointed in that. I didn’t bring appropriate things because I thought there would be a small kitchen.

The pools are really clean and most of the staff were helpful great location decent breakfast

One of the front desk workers a girl refused to help us because the room was on a second floor and didn't have an elevator and I have a knee issue and I have to have a knee replacement but the guy that was working helped me fix my situation was thankful he was working was there for my daughter's hockey tournament in Sparta we're from Wausau
