A very high sugar high fat content breakfast. I would recommend more items for healthier choices. Such as oatmeal, bran muffins, More towards the less processed more natural foods. Juices to her an unknown con tent. I mean they could be high, fructose, flavored juices I have no idea. Possibly even adding in the ingredient Contant to the items displayed.

The bathtub drain plug did not work at all. It would not stay in the up position to drain the water from the tub. I had to jam a bar of soap in the drain plug to keep it from dropping and plugging up to you bathtub while I showered.

The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. I was spoiled because I had them to myself. The pool was warmer than most hotel pools. The bar on site with some bar food was great for my needs. The french fries in the air fryer were some of the best I've had. The bartender was awesome. Very friendly. The breakfast served my purposes. It had scrambled eggs that tasted good. It also had waffles, diced potatoes, breakfast sausage, and cereal for folks that like that. There wasn't a lot of options for pastries, bagels, muffins, or fruit, but I understand this is a slow season for them and so this type of food would probably have a lot of waste. The refrigerator and microwave in the room was great. It was extremely close to where I had to go for a meeting the next day. It was also convenient for other food besides the bar. There was a Perkins, Taco Johns, and Subway (in the gas station) across the parking lot.

The room was smaller than I'm use to in my work travels, but I actually became accustomed to it. If I had been with another person, it may have been a little tight--but I don't pack lightly! I think the double queen rooms were bigger. The only real issue I had was that the toilet kept running all night and by the time I realized it since I wasn't in the room until later, I had already gotten in bed and didn't want to switch rooms. I never called maintenance or the front desk and forgot to mention it to them when I checked out. So that's on me. I just shut the bathroom door and turned the fan on high in the room. That blocked it out.

Breakfast was as expected for a standard, no-cook menu. Nice to have a good toaster and peanut butter. Did not try the coffee. Orange juice was the real thing. Very clean! Also, the jacuzzi actually worked, with bubbles, and the water was HOT! Bravo! Rare find these days of usually understaffed properties. And zero problems with the wifi/internet. Whew!

Nothing to not like.

I really was at the hotel a very short time. I arrived late at night and left the next morning before 5:10 AM, I forgot my hearing aids in the room. Housekeeping staff found them before I even noticed I left them and the hotel had contacted me about how to return them. Arrangements were made for my hearing aids to be mailed to me and they were within 24 hours. I am very grateful!

Location and access to ponds. Also, the breakfasts were wonderful and our hostess was the best!

The property is not being maintained as well as it needs to be; it’s showing its age. Our room had an odor as if someone had smoked in it previously.

This hotel is environmentally friendly. Rooms are kept cool until arrival, but warm quickly. Rooms are small, so not wasted space to be heated. Smaller bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but enough for two, for four showers. One bar of soap instead of three. I also liked the non-carpeted floor (cleaner) and the duvet sheet cover. Much better than a sheet and comforter at other hotels (where I doubt comforter gets washed very often.). The lobby, with its fireplace was very cozy and had a very friendly feel.

Only one chair. Bottom fitted bed sheet that did not fit the deep mattress. Need to get new fitted sheets.

Breakfast- served scrambled eggs, sausage, tater tots, yogurt, apples/bananas, muffins, cereals, and other things. Eating area was immaculate and well taken care of. Room was adequate. Overall clean- just needs a little more upkeep. Noticed the staff worked hard to keep the floors and entry areas clean. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and trying to do his/her best. This place has a great indoor swimming pool and a very nice work-out room. Room had a nice desk area, plenty of plugs, decent size refrigerator, and microwave. Breakfast was to be served at a certain time, but they moved it up to meet the needs of all the hunters since this was opening day of the season.

Lighting was poor. NO light in ceiling and none by my side of the bed. I have stayed here many times and noticed this room was much smaller than others we stayed in. Maybe because it was a king bed room. Could use a little updating in our room- ceiling especially.

Clean. Rooms are big. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Good variety. Just add some apple juice.

Would love some carpet in the room. The beds are on wheels and they move too much. That's really the only thing I dislike about this location.

The staff was polite and helpful. I thought the breakfast was good.

The pillows were small especially for a king size bed. The shower area needs more grab bars. The floor in the living room was sticky. They need more softer him towels.

We stayed in the deluxe king suite it has a big Jacuzzi tub, fireplace balcony and seperatr living room which the fireplace is also viewable from. It has blinds on both sides of the fire place for privacy from the other room which was nice since we had our teen daughter with us. Balcony was nice too. Overlooked a pond very nice visit will definitely stay again!
