They were very accommodating to us and we felt welcomed and safe and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and kept up. We were grateful to have gotten a main floor room. The desk person, made sure it happened, even though it was a full occupancy! He was very kind! That made our stay much better.

The rooms are small, and there are no real handicap walk in shower rooms. But that is not the fault of the people who work at the hotel. No elevator either. It was expensive for what you get.

Online said “pet friendly” and we told the guy at front desk we had a small dog, expecting to pay extra. He about crapped himself and said we don’t allow dogs and acted al weird. We ended up driving 60 miles further south to drop off the dog and then came back to the hotel as we booked it only for the location. I would’ve canceled our reservation if I could have stayed elsewhere.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was available and responsive.

The shower head was a hand-held, which was fine. But the hose was short and stiff and caused the shower head to point toward the wall. One had to be actually holding it to get wet.

The room was VERY clean. Stayed in other hotels for more money & wasn't as clean.

Only real negative thing was the dog/dogs down the hall yipping randomly & the door to the stairs would slam & was loud. Otherwise quiet & loved it as it was a peaceful night away from home.

The staff was friendly and helpful! Good prices. I enjoyed the breakfast choices, especially the fresh waffles! The kids enjoyed the pool as a way to unwind!

The carpet felt sticky and made the bottom of my feet get dirty immediately after showering. The vent in the bathroom was covered in lint. The towels and bedding smelled clean but had visible stains.

Nice facility with an indoor pool and hot tub, and guest laundry. Restaurants and fuel were nearby. Nice breakfast options. Close to the interstate but I didn't notice any road noise. Great Wifi.

I wasn't sure I had the right hotel because the name didn't match the booking. It turned out they were in the middle of rebranding the property.

The value of this hotel can't be beat. Hot breakfast starting weekdays at 5am. Choice of a 2 king bed room. All staff were friendly. Check in and out was easy.

Rooms a little dated. Chipped paint, torn carpet and bathrooms poorly lit

Great on and off the highway. Staff were awesome. Knowledgeable about great places to eat. Family restaurant across street was awesome. Hotel was awesome, room was very clean and tidy. Generous with their towels. Beds were comfy. Surprisingly quiet! Great nights sleep and great breakfast.😃

Everything was perfect!

This hotel is an ideal halfway point between Chicago and Minneapolis. They have a pool I can use to get some exercise!

The bathroom sink was a bit clogged, but nothing serious... routine maintenance.

Rooms were clean. Nice breakfast. Air conditioner worked great. The room was not laid out the best. Sitting at the desk no one could get through. Bed behind chair. Door to shower/toilet went right into sink area. We had 2 queen size beds. The room would have been better suited for a king size bed.
