L I got in late and when I got there, the woman was so polite and I had called to let them know I was running behind and I was scared of you. Give me my room up, but the guy told me no problems I could come in my room was still be there, but the woman was real polite when I got there waited on right away. Got my room key and, it was great. I didn’t know they had serve breakfast there, but we just went out to eat.

I am excited to say how kind, warm and attentive the property owners were!!! We had an issue with our TV and I mentioned it to the front desk- within minutes someone was at the door to help!! They did everything to address the problem and were so kind ❤️ At one point my husband locked himself out of the room and received help immediately When a place makes you feel so welcome- it makes you want to come back! I know we will stay again just for that experience! Thank you for a wonderful weekend 🙏🏾

We were in town for a family reunion so we only came back to sleep What I would mention is there was not enough body wash for 4 people- only one very small miniature sized tube that was half empty-and there was only a towel setting for 2 people It wasn’t a big deal for us because we brought beach towels for the waterparks but just in case people are not bringing towels they will need a towel setting for the amount of people staying

The property was right on the strip and very convenient, it was clean and very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We weren’t looking for anything extravagant, just somewhere comfortable to sleep. It was perfect for us. My kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the room when we needed to cool off.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Just what we needed to stay an extra night in The Dells. The staff was AMAZING. At first our room was right by the smoking table, and we had our baby with us. I asked if there was any way we could move and they were so accommodating. The woman even helped carry out cooler up since we had our hands full. Amazing. Great location being right downtown but with a block or do before the start of the busy shops.

It’s a somewhat older building. Everything felt clean tho and well taken care of.

When checking in the room wasnt ready, the gal and the guy were both apologetic and accommodating. Hung by the pool until it was. They checked on us and as soon as the room was ready got us checked in.

plumbing was pretty slow to drain. We didn't say anything, I should have. Wasn't a problem for us, but just so you know.

There's no breakfast. Location is awesome, for walking to downtown. For the stores and boat rides. Recommend the boat diner cruise. So worth it.

Not enough seating in the room. Pool is way too small.

How close it is to all the shops.

Very out dated and you can tell the pool hasn’t been cleaned

Big room, comfy beds, few minutes walk to main shops, nice staff, cheap price!

Could be a bit cleaner but it was fine and cheap!

Beds were comfortable perfect for what we needed

Ac was loud and the room was very bright all night
