They were PHENOMENAL I rented a room for 3 days for my granddaughters bday with ALOT of family coming I had an upgraded room for the party so I had to switch rooms for the party they made sure the roo. Was clean EARLIER than what I asked and let me in 40.min earlier than what I paid for at no charge and some of rhw housekeepers even helped carry stuff they made sure my rooms were next door to each other to make it easier the VOLCANO ROOM is absolutely AWESOME it's HUGE and easily accommodated 15 adults and 6 kids with plenty of room for 2 extra folding tables for.food and an extra room with 2 queen beds and a 2 door patio balcony I will absolutely rent again the rooms are clean and smell good

Very clean . Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Atlantis would be better if the served breakfast and open up there mini bar as well

Atlantis has a mini bar up stairs on the 4th floor ( where they have another pool area located in the building) but has no staff to work there mini bar Atlantis also has a room with tables and chairs next to its mini arcade room . Where once upon a time long ago used to serve breakfast and now no longer serve breakfast. Atlantis would be the very best place to stay even more if they did open these two ammenities up .

We were upgraded because I booked a jacuzzi room with a balcony. The balcony rooms were filled, so we got upgraded to a suite for our anniversary. Loved it! Felt super special!

The pool was closed Monday and Tuesday, but we had a jacuzzi room and extend our stay another day. We appreciated the call, at home, before our stay about the pool closing and chose to still keep the dates because of our anniversary.

This is a nice well loved hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff were really nice and helpful. My kids played in the waterpark for hours, it's open later than most we've been to. Our room looked exactly as it did in the booking pictures. The knuckleheads passes were really worth it unlike some other hotels that do a bate and switch where their theme park passes don't cover anything, these gave you 3 hours a day on all the rides. We felt it was a great value and plan to come again over Christmas break.

It could use a little updating but I won't hold it against them. Also, our shower head could have used a little CLR but that's probably just a little oversight. Hard water is hard to combat when you have so many rooms.

Hotel was great. It was pretty comfortable, got everything I needed on time.

Walk in center needs more rugs in case people are wet and walking, to head into their rooms. (Almost slipped but my fault not yours) Near the kitty slide that slide left and right that middle area is dangerous for kids and also some of the paint wqs rusted and kinda chipping off.

Location was amazing as we went to Noah’s Ark and just walked there. We also did the ropes course next door (forgot to use our coupons…the hotel gives them to you so don’t forget to check the booklet before your activities!). Candy store next door was fun to explore. It was so central for driving to other activities and the strip of shops etc by the River Walk. The room had enough beds (3) to accommodate our three kids and 2 adults…didn’t have to use a couch pull out! Shower was clean.

We had a dirty top blanket which didn’t give a good first impression, we just left it in a corner and didn’t ask for another for fear of the same thing. Kitchen sink area could have been cleaner, coffeemaker etc didn’t look appealing and freezer area of fridge had some kind of brown food stuck in it. Just bring your own cleaner and cloths and you will feel better. Take all of this with a grain of salt…we still enjoyed our stay! These are areas that could however be improved :)

The location was perfect and in walking distance to Noah's Ark, Mt.Olympus, and other things to do. I loved the Noah's Ark and Knucklehead daily tickets. The kids loved they had 3 pools and hot tubs. The staff was great and went above and beyond to get our rooms next to each other after upgrading one room.The balcony was a plus.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. There was trash on the side of the fridge that leaked a little. There were not enough covers for the let out bed, and I couldn't figure out how to connect the TV in the room. I brought my own blankets and sheets, so it was no big deal for me. Workers in the hall wouldn't let me use the vacuum to clean the room better and said I needed to call the front desk to schedule a cleaning.The lights all had to be on when you turned on one switch instead of in certain areas.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The daily passes to Noah arks and 3 hours at knuckleheads is such a great deal! The pool hours were great both outdoor and indoor! The small kid area on the 4th floor with slides was great for our kiddos! The location is perfect we walked to Noah’s Ark, the grateful shed, go karts, mining, its also right next to zip line and rope course which was fun to watch. Such an amazing value!

Pool areas could have been a little nicer, areas were a bit old and showing wear and tear, but it’s expected. Beds weren’t the most comfy but again expected that for the great cost!

It was a great value with passes to Knuckleheads and Mt Olympus passes. It was in a pretty good location. You could walk or Uber places if you had trouble parking. We took the train in from Minnesota, and we got in late on a Monday and left late on a Friday. The manager was so accommodating, letting us leave our luggage in the hotel so we could enjoy another day in the Dells. She also allowed us to swim for a couple hours and shower in the public showers before catching the train home.

The only downfall was the beds. They were a little hard… but they worked!

The Roman suite was very spacious and everything was comfortable for our family of 6. Kids loved the pool area and game room was a nice bonus for them. The only issue I would say would be vacuuming the rooms a little better would be a plus to some but not a huge deal to us since we had four kids. Bed was comfortable and hot tub worked great. Pleasant stay for us over all
