As soon as I arrived I could tell this hotel is cleaner than most. I’ve stayed at multiple around the dells and this one is definitely a top choice for me. Staff is friendly, pool is nice and open till midnight, they also have a little room with slot machines and a pool table! Check out is at 11 am which is also nice since it’s not too early. I really enjoyed my stay here definitely recommend.

The food options could be a little better, staying multiple nights and eating the same food every morning can get a little old.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfy room, fast check out. It was a wonderful stay. Despite being close to the city center, it yet has peaceful surroundings for restful sleep. I really appreciate the contemporary room design. It would be fantastic if the hotel could offer a covered parking area.

lovely, cozy chamber. The bathroom was clean and had been recently renovated, and the bed was cozy. Nice lobby with a rather opulent, vintage feel. The personnel was very welcoming, and the service was first-rate. Without a doubt, I'll return and stay here since it's my favorite hotel in Wisconsin Dells.

Property isn’t delixe of anything but it was super comfortable, nice beds, an amazing location. I traveled with my son (Father - Son mini trip) and the hire including the water park passes (2 of them for all days) plus the decent (if a little mundane as it was the same all 4 days and dint have really any fruit beyond an apple — oh and terrible coffee) but the breakfast hit the mark and got us proper nutrients to start our day. I would highly recommend this as a good family option with a great price and incredible location. Staff were super friendly to boot.

I like the free breakfast but a little variety, more fruit options and especially a new coffee maker would be minor but big upgrades. Thankfully I’m not a die hard coffee person but this coffee was especially bad

We (DD & I) loved this hotel!!! The location was great; close to many family restaurants & downtown. The staff were very helpful & friendly. They even gave my daughter a couple extra chocolate muffins to go home with when we checked out. The pool area was exactly what we were looking for! We loved the hot tub, splash pad and pool with basketballs. Breakfast was your normal hotel-like breakfast; hot & tasty. Even though it was super busy on Saturday with tournaments in town; by 10pm, the hotel was quiet and we felt safe. The beds are comfy and we slept well. Our room was huge & the heater worked great. No problems with the TV either. (We've stayed @ places where the TV channels either didn't have volume or were in Spanish). We will definitely stay here again! For the price & location, this hotel is a gem!

Be careful while swimming! My daughter cut her toe on a tile from the stairs in the pool (not a deep cut, but enough to bleed some). The edges of the tiles are rough & a little sharp. Once we bandaged her up, we were able to swim no problem. Gotta love it how kiddos forget. ;) The "free" tickets to ChulaVista have a resort fee attached to them. Honestly...we were not impressed with ChulaVista at all. Chula's hot-tub was luke-warm without jets. Plus we couldn't have our own beverages & food at the pool-side. The lifeguards kept coming up to us & asking how old my daughter was. (She's small for her age.) But I was with her the entire time. My daughter was very annoyed by this harassment & we left after only an hour. We went back to AmericInn and had more fun swimming there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns that I, or my husband had. The free breakfast is awesome, with a good variety of choices in food and drink. The hot tub was SO NICE, and the pool was okay for short laps. One special employee, Reni, deserves special recognition for her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure your enjoyment of the facilities. The location is minutes away from all attractions, while being (semi) secluded and quiet. I enjoyed our stay here very much!!

Our room was different from what I thought I had booked, and quite small. I know better now, lol...
