The resort was very nice, clean, and in a great location. The Skywalk to the waterpark was a nice surprise. The hotel staff were the absolute best. Fernando and Matt were incredibly responsive, efficient, and went above and beyond multiple times. The housekeeping staff were great, including their concern about us leaving our door open. They wanted to make sure that we were in our rooms.

Small things. We thought that our room came with a stove. The view was of a parking lot, which is why I rated that item lower. I wasn't upset about it, since we were there to go to a huge waterpark. In the shower, I would recommend adding a small shelf or something that could hold a razor.

The welcoming my family and I received from Matt & Fernando at check-in time as we walked in the front door. It felt sincere the way both Fernando and Matt greeted my children. My kids always talk about these two great employees you have here at this specific hotel. My children are young but they have been taught to appreciate those who bear a smile when looking at them right in the eyes. I make sure to show my gratitude for these two awesome individuals Matt & Fernando by cooking them Giants Rib eye steaks Giant burgers and bringing them something from the stores while we're out shopping in Wisconsin dells. They deserve it for not being anything like the competing hotels in the area who could be quite nasty after working a normal shift, but not Matt & Fernando they've been working long double like shifts so there fellow employees can take their vacations with their families, while they pick up the huge responsibility of maintaining the appearance the up keep and Unique Quality second to none Customer service they provide to all who walk in and out your doors. My family and I have come to love the fact that we could stay anywhere else in the Dells, but wouldn't dare solely do to Matt & Fernando also being one of the biggest attractions on our list of what's more exciting to see, and do. That's the honest truth we never leave home the day we were scheduled to leave cause my family and I want to be in, and only at your Hotel why? cause we feel cared for looked after and well protected by Fernando, and Matt.

The community coffee pot was broken in the lobby so we made some in our hotel room every morning.

Easy access to the water park plus free entry. The building is very quiet which is great after a day full of excitement, thrills and screams! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We checked out an air fryer and crockpot from the front desk. It was wonderful to have for meals in the evening.

The bathrooms were very dirty, mainly in and around the shower. There was a lot of mold and mildew on the tiled shower walls that was obviously visible. It looked like no one had came in and cleaned them. There was also a lot of mold and mildew along the trimming and corners. The tub in the bedroom was also very dirty. There was a lot of dirt,mildew and residue in and around the jets of the tub. This is the second time we’ve stayed and blue green vacations and didn’t experience this the first time. We did arrive early (about 12) and one room was ready but the other one wasn’t ready till about 2. We didn’t anticipate checking into the rooms till 4pm but we wanted to come early to enjoy the water park. I’m wondering if that is why the bathroom shower/tub was filthy.

The warm welcoming, the curtious staff, the cleanliness of the resort inside and all around the water park and amusement park.

That booking.com didn't mention anything about pools or rides being closed or that the inside pool was under construction and only half of the resort was functioning due to the resort being under construction. Secondly I really didn't appreciate being charged an additional 64.00$ at the front desk during check in for the resort fee. When I booked this trip it stated all fees and taxes were included and that is completely bullshit. My wife and I were very pissed off and lost for words being informed that booking.com new that there attractions were not operating at 100 percent, and booking.com didn't care to mention that on there website or mention there is a resort fee of 64.00$ when booking.com website states fees and taxes are all included at the time of finalizing our reservation.

The room was great a nice size and the amenities were perfect. They even decorated the room for my son’s birthday. It was spacious and clean. My family enjoyed the property.

Some of the doors leading into the property were broken so it felt a little shifty safety wise. But nothing happened it was peaceful the entire stay.

This property was very well managed with updated facilities and condos, as well as very friendly, attentive staff. It was very convenient to stay on the water park property and receive complimentary passes for the entire stay. We will be back!

As with everything, the price was about $200 more than in 2022 but other similar properties were in the same range or even more.

Two things that are very important to me when I travel: the comfort of the beds and the customer service. Both of these aspects were 10/10. We LOVED FERNANDO AND MATT! What a wonderful trip.

I would've liked my room freshened on day 2 but I didn't request it. I suppose I'm old school and miss the pre-covid daily cleanings.

I liked how nice everything was, the service at the front desk was amazing, and I definitely loved having access to a whole indoor water park!

Only issue was the gps not properly calculating how to get to the main entrance, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. So in other words I liked everything about my stay.

The employees are very nice and sincerely warm and welcoming. Thanks to Matt our front desk evening shift employee he's super great and also what a very pleasant and considerate house keeping staff last but not least all the vigilant life guards on standby at Mt Olympus.

Air quality in the indoor amusement park wasn't pleasant. Strong fumes in the air My kids said it made them nauseous.

The resort need to offer 1,2,and 3 bedrooms. I wish the kitchen was a full kitchen with complete stove instead of just a stove top.
