Our stay was wonderful. The staff was so accomodating , helpful and so nice! The condo we had (605) worked perfect for our family get a way. Having 2 bathrooms was great. The pools and grounds were clean and they had loungers by the lake. There were nice grills for grilling. The kiddy play area was just enough for the grandkids and the pool was great! There are 2 separate beaches with decks and a pier to fish off at each! Everyone wants to stay here again!

From our condo it was a short walk to the pools but the condo/ beach access more than made up for the short walk.

The resort was very cute and quaint and family friendly, which was what we were hoping for. We were impressed by the large room and loved direct private beach access and the pool for our 5 year old to enjoy. The AC was also super powerful which was a great relief from the heat outside. Would stay here again happily!

The towels were small and a little scratchy, the pans were all scratched and we could've used a couple more blankets (though in all honestly we didn't ask the front desk so probably our fault.)

Loved having a whole condo to ourselves. We also loved that there were indoor and outdoor pools as well as a beach. With 5 kids there was something for everyone.

The bathrooms/showers in the pool area were not in great shape. The shower in the men’s bathroom didn’t work and the lights were burnt out. The girl’s bathroom had a work shower and lights but no hot water. Also, they were constantly out of pool towels and the office was closed most of the day Saturday.

Our family enjoyed the lake views and the space of the unit. The pool was nice and close to our unit #107 - right outside the door basically. The kitchen was stocked with plates and pots and everything we needed to cook when we needed to. We had 2 kids (ages 9 and 7) and they loved the outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool. Having the indoor option was nice when it was a little chilly outside in the evenings and the kids still wanted to swim. The unit was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the sofa sleepers in the living room. The staff were so friendly! At check in and whenever we had any questions during our stay. The location is perfect for going out to dinner or shopping and close to everything the dells has to offer without being in the middle of all the traffic.

There are not very many negatives I could think of for this resort and our stay. Maybe the parking situation. We were only allowed 1 car to park in the parking lot. Extra cars had to park down the street at their overflow lot, which is first come first served. It would be nice if we could have 2 spaces. We ended up mostly using 1 car to get around town so it wasn't a big deal but definitely something to consider.

Loved staying in 602. On the quieter side of the property and during the weekdays we basically had the place to ourselves. The pools were both great for our kids, and not too crowded even on Saturday. Lakefront location is excellent, and a short drive to attractions. Having a kitchen saves a lot of money on meals.

The shower situation in 602, too small for the larger adults to even fit in the downstairs shower, and it was the only unit where decking hadn’t been replaced yet.

I absolutely loved the view from my back porch and the pool.

I didn't like that the office was closed half the time I was there. I wanted to use a kayak but there was no one there to rent it from. Also the suite wasn't clean throughly. There were a lot of hair stands and hand prints.

I liked the private pool and barely any children...we basically had the place to ourselves...the condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

I had requested a room on the first floor due to mobility issues and was put on the second floor. I struggled with the stairs. When I mention something to the host.All she said was yeah sorry! Not very accommodating at all.

This place was great for a family on a. Budget . Pool was great when we used it the hot tub was hot and the indoor pool was great for being heated!! Our room was right next to the pool so that was a plus for us !

I called and asked or earlier checkin and still didn’t get that then gave me the room and they where still not done cleaning it lol the only thing that I wasn’t happy about was I booked a 2 queen room and king room and that’s not what I got! Then pullout bed sucks !

I was able to check in early. The front desk person Tammy was very helpful.

Still waiting to receive my invoice since I had early checkout there was not much instruction where to leave key card or how to checkout. Some instruction on check out would be great in future. Other than that I love this place and would definitely come back

Great Family place, lots to do w/out having to leave, especially with younger kids. Great little beach, very clean & not weedy, even in August! Close to everything in the Dells. FABULOUS staff people!! Easy-going but fast to address any issues that come up. Our key reader didn't work & someone came immediately to fix it. They even had a nice life jacket for our little one as we forgot it.

Read in a review that the air conditioner was kinda gross and still not addressed but this was a privately owned unit, so unsure if it was just ours or not. Other than that it was very clean & cute place for a base camp for us!
