The hotel is beautiful. It appears to be newly redone. The room was clean, the heat easy to adjust. The shower was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The breakfast was okay. Typical hotel fare. The scrambled eggs were dry, the sausage was tasty. There was a limited variety of muffins. The orange juice (the only juice available) was watery. However, the rest of the hotel made up for the breakfast.

The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

There were no bath towels in my room. I went to the front desk to ask for bath towels because we needed to shower. The associate did not want to give me any towels even though I told him that there were no any towels in the room when I checked in. When I booked my room it said that Knicklehead passes were included with the stay. I was not given any passes or offered any discount passes. False advertising.

—Comfortable bed and linens and excellent pillows (better than most hotels we’ve stayed at) —non carpet floor for much of room —towels were NICE quality and size —pool was nice —lighting in room was adequate and adjustable —updated facility and room —breakfast had plenty of seating, plain eggs —nice couch in room —very clean room that smelled good

—breakfast lacked greek yogurt, bananas, salsa for the eggs- we travel a lot and these are usually standard —coffee was watered down and gross- use non branded cups and spend more on coffee maybe? —no filtered hot and cold water machine available- this is usually available —low quality tea brand and no caffeinated green tea at all —the remote was confusing to use and we had to move wires in back to make it work and it still wouldn’t work —lots of online check in and check out to fill out but still waiting in line to check in and check out —-not enough storage off the ground in the room when with a family. —not a fan of it being pet friendly as loud and smelly and allergies

Clean, dog friendly (although there’s an extra charge), breakfast was fine for continental, shower and bathroom very clean thankfully, beds comfy, and the appliances in the unit worked very well. As it’s dog friendly, you’re going to hear some more noise when you walk by-didn’t hear it from inside my room at all (heard the unruly children running through the hall though not really the hotel’s fault). Great location for the price! Would highly recommend!

I posted in my online reservation that I had a dog; perhaps tech disconnect but the hotel seemed surprised (albeit accommodating with fee). The rest of the online booking, online pre-check in, and online pre-check out was very smooth.

Dog friendly, NO carpet (absolutely hate carpet especially with hotels that are pet friendly), comfortable beds, decent breakfast, love the modern aesthetic.

One of the ladies checking my husband and I in rolled her eyes and huffed when I said we had 2 dogs with us. I had given notice of this before checking in to make sure it was okay for 2 dogs to be in our room and was told yes. So I'm not sure what the problem was or why there was a problem. Also, put on your policy section what the fees are to give others a heads up. $25 per dog per night - if anyone is wondering.

I like that they have enclosed showers (glass doors) instead of curtains. I appreciate that they have ‘hardwood’ floors in the rooms. It’s nice that they have both bottles of Shampoo and Conditioner in the showers now.

Their food pantry prices are a little high, you would think for staying guests it would be a lower price. I understand that you are paying for the convenience of being able to grab a last minute drink from the lobby but geez a bag of chips shouldn’t be $3+

The hotel was very new, very clean and well designed. The breakfast area and breakfast choices were awesome. As was the coffee and juice! The room was very nice and well thought out -- with a small fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in the room.

The beds were a little hard and the pillows were super small. The check-in staff was OK, but really didn't make us feel special about being a customer and choosing this hotel. It was fine, but nothing special.

The size of the room was great. We got a double queen with a sofa. I like that the floors aren't all carpet, and the style of the room was great as well. I also like the artwork walls. Was tempted to visit each floor to get a pic of the walls with the person with sunglasses on. Lol I really liked the location of the hotel. Getting to any of the destinations did not take long at all. I definitely can see us staying here again. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Really nothing to complain about... But like any hotel or motel, the hallways are not quiet. Very easy to hear any conversations going on. 🙃 Even the guest that insist on being in the hallway during the late hrs talking. So this is nothing against the Hotel at all. We had a great stay.

Good, but needed more fruit & Change on some days! Became stagnant after a few days! Eliminate waffles & replace with biscuits, & Toast!! Staff for food were excellent in clean up & keeping up with refills!

Allowing people to use their cell phones to talk ( loudly) or do business on their phones, in the dining room, during the breakfast serving times, very annoying & inconsiderate! The pool area spa, being used by small children instead of Adults to play ball & tag! no area for relaxation! Needs limits, on usage!!

Pros: This hotel is newer so it was very clean, great location, the staff was very friendly and the rooms are a nice size. I really enjoyed my stay. The beds and pillows were very nice and soft. The bathroom was nice and clean. My room had 2 TV's a microwave and refrigerator, which was a plus. Overall Great hotel, friendly staff and nice continental breakfast selection.

Cons: You can hear noise in the hallway. The doors need to be more secure, noise proof. You can hear other guests opening and closing their doors. I also think that the continental breakfast hours should be longer. They currently close at 9:30, it should be extended to 10:30 or 11am.
