We love everything about this place. We stay here everytime we come to the dells. If you’re looking for a great hotel, with great staff, and great food and even better location I recommend here! You’re close to pretty much everything! Outlets are a walk away if that’s your thing or a 1 minute drive if you plan to shop till you drop! Buffalo Phil’s is a must if you have kids! & tom foolery’s across the street along with downtown being 10minutes away! Winter or summer there is always plenty to do! They also made your Friday nights easier with a complimentary shuttle now as well! Can’t wait to go back in the summer to check out the renovations! 🥰

If outdated is something you’re worried about (we’re not but most are & I know you’ll see past outdated looking rooms in previous reviews), good news they are under renovation and will have all new resturaunt and rooms /facilities coming summer 2025!

I liked the pool area’s for the children along with the coffee located directly out of the indoor pool door.

I didnt like That the outside pool slide was only open 1-7, leaving it only available for the day your staying and for 3 hours i dont think is fair. I also believe there should be an affordable option to add breakfast as alot of the dells hotels do not include breakfast, it would be an amazing experience if the food we kept smelling was a better discounted rate for those staying rather than 10% off .

Very clean and affordable accommodations! Great location and convenient to many restaurants l, shopping, and attractions! Great made to order breakfast available in the attached restaurant! Delicious food! Nice pool and hot tub! Love this place! Been staying here for years!

Wish they offered more handicap accessible units with two beds! Also needs a little updating especially in the bathrooms! Senior citizens have trouble with low toilets! Lol!

I tried changing my room thru booking.com with no success. You cannot call them! They have terrible customer service and I won't be booking thru them any longer. Lucky for me, Nancy at the desk went out of her way to help me change my room, which I very much appreciate.

My bed was uncomfortable, but I have a lot of back issues, so it's probably fine for others. Other than that, everything was great. We will return again.

Room was clean and comfortable. King size bed was comfortable. Great access to amenities. Good sized bathroom with tub/shower - good showerhead. Good lighting, plenty of outlets. Refrigerator and coffee machine worked fine - did not try the microwave.

Did not care for the pillows - 5 or 6 of them on the bed and all were too squishy. Main door did not open smoothly - it would catch on something and was noisy when opened. One of the closet doors did not close properly. But none of these were major issues.

I love the hot tub in the room. The room was also very clean and it was a very nice room as well. I will definitely stay here again. I've been staying here since I was a kid and now that I am an adult and I don't really get in to water parks it's nice to come and book a room with the hot tub and just relax.

I liked everything I have no negative comments

We have been coming to this hotel for about 4 years . It’s comfortable and my kids love the pool area. Kiddie pool with slide and adult pool with slide. The outside pools are awesome too. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were comfortable.

Although most amenities on this property such as restaurant, pools, and fitness center were not open yet, this hotel screamed Wisconsin rustic charm. Hotel rooms were so nice too! Loved it. Can't wait to go back when construction is completed.

Great price, very nice restaurant, great location, very friendly staff, comfortable room. Was able to get into our room sooner than expected which made our trip much more pleasant; thanks to the excellent staff at the front desk.

There isn’t a chain lock on the door.

Pool area is very nice. Attached restaurant (not included with stay) was a great breakfast option. Beds were comfortable. Great location, could walk to the outlet mall and a lot of restaurants.

Rooms were very small, our family of 4 had zero space to keep our luggage or hang towels/swimsuits.
