The staff was wonderful- front desk staff at check in were friendly and knowledgeable with great recommendations for the Dells area. Later in our stay, we had an issue arise after the front desk hours (smoke detector battery was low and started to alarm close to 11:30p) and the on staff security came within 10 minutes of calling and got the batteries changed within 5! As a new family on our first vacation with our infant (4 mo), it was SO handy having this apartment style reservation. It was great to have the kitchenette for breakfast and lunches, and nice to have a separate bedroom away from the other living area. The location was perfect to be near the Dells but not spend an arm and a leg to be on the strip!

The property was a bit more dated than the online pictures looked, which isn’t wasn’t a huge issue, just a bit of a heads up!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Tamarack Resort! Our stay was great! The area is quiet and very peaceful. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The indoor pool and the spa tub were clean, but I wish the pool was warmer. They also had a very nice locker room which was kept clean and dry. The workout room has new machines and the tennis courts were great with a half basketball court! You can borrow sports equipment from the front desk, along with board games and DVDs. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and it was very clean! The Full kitchen had all the basics needed to cook family meals. I like that we can take out our own trash and exchange linens whenever we needed (I like to keep everything clean), unlike in hotels where you need to wait for housekeeping to do it for you (which can sometimes take a while). Overall a great experience and our family will be back!

Prior to visit the staff was thoughtful and followed up on questions immediately. During our stay the staff was wonderful as well. Rooms were great, dishes, towels, beds were clean. Pools outside and inside were clean and not very crowded. Fishing was good but we didn't come to fish we came to explore the town. We have been to Wisconsin Dells annually for many years trying different places each time. So far this is our top pick and would love to return.

Mattress in bed and pull out could use updating, they worked but could be updated. Room could have been a little cleaner as we found stuff from previous tenant there but nothing we couldn't work around.

The condo was beautiful, had enough space, there was a lot offered on the property even though we didn’t utilize anything other than the pool.

The condo was a bit dated. The bathrooms can use upgrades. Also for most of our stay we had an issue with the hot water being used up and having to bathe with cold water. The AC unit in our room was so loud it drowned out the TV and the iron kept leaking water onto our clothes.

I loved all the amenities available in the room itself. It was so nice to have access to a full fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven, etc. As someone who is vegan/plant based it’s really nice to be able to cook my meals, not in a microwave. Really spacious! We loved using the outdoor and indoor pool, arcade and the fitness room! 5 stars!

I don’t really think there is much for me complain about.

Good value. Great facilities. We went in the winter for a ski trip. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, games and pickleball. The desk workers were super friendly! The beds were comfortable. Everything worked in the unit. Location in town was convenient and less than 10 min to anywhere in town.

The condo was dated for sure, but it was very clean. I knew that from other reviews so I wasn’t surprised. It was a great value for the amenities offered, and the cleanliness for the price.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with anything that you needed. Very quite, beautiful place to stay. I loved how late the indoor pool was open and a bonus that they had an arcade. The rooms have great space and are very clean. My family and I look forward to our vacation there every year.

Wish that the parking area infront of the homes had parking lot lines for a designated space with the room number marked, as when coming back after a long day downtown I had people parked in front of my place and couldn't park anywhere.

Great location, away from the fray of the parks and other stuff. Rooms were good, clean and had everything we needed. Second bedroom could use a ceiling fan as the air con doesn’t fully cool the upstairs when it’s super hot. But other than that it was great, we will definitely stay here again.

No ceiling fan in second bedroom and Air conditioning in the upstairs isn’t fabulous

The room we got was like a townhouse, very spacious with two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms upstairs and the layout was really nice. Good features also, you have everything you need. The property has a ton of amenities including racquetball, two pools, a hot tub, activities and staff are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again.

The second bedroom had no air conditioning and no fan. It was so hot!. This is very unusual as it gets so hot out here in the summer. This really needs to be addressed. The master bedroom has a fan and a box air conditioner but the air conditioners are super loud you can’t hear at all if it’s on. Also, a lot of the people were smoking on the pool deck and it has a sign with “no smoking allowed” but no one was monitoring it. I don’t know if it’s allowed in Wisconsin but it is pretty rude and annoying to do at the pool especially because kids are there.

Location was great- in a quiet area and right down the street from Walmart which was very convenient. Staff were very nice and welcoming. The property is perfect for families as they offer activities daily. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

No complaints but a fire pit by the back patio would be a nice addition. We enjoyed sitting outside and viewing the pond - it was very peaceful and relaxing.
