The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. We had four rooms & all were very clean. We had kids of all ages in our group ( babies, grade schoolers, high schoolers) & everyone had a great time including the adults !!! We were given extra blankets when we asked. Rooms were big enough for pack'n play for babies. Plenty of hot water in rooms. Both pool areas were always kept clean & the pool bathrooms were also always clean. Pools definitely had chlorine in them along with all the hot tubs. We were impressed with how everything was kept clean and tidy for all the kids running around there. Loved the free little coffee area & vending machines.

The BEDS !! Everyone in our party complained about how hard their beds were & how flat the pillows were. Towels are paper thin. I think the pool towels may have been nicer. I highly recommend some upgrades be made. These things truly were huge in determining if we all would come back. Noone got any decent sleep.

There was four families in our group. Three had children. This was so much fun for all ages. Every area from both pool areas, bathrooms, hallways, coffee bar, rooms were kept clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, & great location ( we ordered Pizza Hut every night & they had it done in 15 minutes & $10 large pizzas) Room size was also nice.

All 4 families complained their beds were hard & the pillows are pretty much non- existent. So flat !!! The towels also need some updating. Paper thin. We all agreed that we could not do longer than 2 nights on those mattresses & will definitely be bringing our our pillows in the future.

Our kids LOVED the little indoor waterpark and pools. Us adults liked the placement of the hot tubs (so we could relax while watching our kids play). Our children are 5, 7, and 11 years old, and there was enough to entertain all three of them. They were so sad when it was time to check out!

Upon booking, we didn't realize that there was no food/beverage on site, so we had to order everything in for delivery, which got expensive. There wasn't really a table in a common area to eat our food, so we had to eat on the beds in our room, which just isn't appealing.

Kids enjoyed the waterpark, the pool basketball, and it’s perfect for all ages. We love the cleanliness of the room and the lobby. We loved the Space for the barbecue area , very clean, good number of grill options, we liked that we can watch the kids playing in the swimming pool while we are grilling.

It would have been nice if you serve breakfast, especially when we travel with kids it’s hard to get them up and take them somewhere else. We wouldn’t mind if you charged us a little extra for breakfast. The coffee isn’t that good at all plus there’s no coffee Machine in the room

Loved the 3 pools. Especially the zero depth Indoor Waterpark. Wonderful for our young kids and really boosted their confidence about water slides and they had a great time. Also had a fenced in green space for picnics and running and playing in the grass. Would come again.

Economy 2 queen beds hotel we rented did have quite a small bathroom for 4 people to jockey around, but the value of having access to so many pools in the hotel and keeping costs low so we could afford to enjoy some adventures in the Dells was worth the smaller space.

The room was extremely spacious. The hot tub was HUGE! The bed was extremely comfortable. The TV was big & pivoted outward to be able to view in bed or from the tub. Everything was just nicely done in the room for the guest's confort.

The hot tub had to be filled to the brim almost in order for upper jets to work. The front desk employee when I checked in was great at explaining everything, but did have a little attitude.

Pool and water park were great, very well maintained. Although outdated design, the rooms were made of quality material. No cracked tile, peeling paper, discolored grout, stained bedding. Clean rooms and spacious. Cleanest mini fridge I’ve ever seen.

Wish there was a line in the shower to hang wet suits, room lacked hooks and a full size mirror.

Location was great, not directly in the middle of all the commotion but close by, short drives to everything we wanted to do! Room smelled good and was clean. Usually I can find something to complain about and it was pretty tough to find anything. A lot of water features throughout the pool areas for all ages. Will be staying again!

One of the elevators close to our room was out and one of our room keys stopped working at 10am even though checkout was 10:30am.

the 11:30pm text on rateing the hotel woke me up...We could only stay one night this trip checked in time was not till 3,each stay is advertised with Noahark tickets but that park closes at6 ..so we got no tickets so check in is late in afternoon and check out early we got.we got screwed out of that perk.we have stayed at your place for many years usually staying multiple nights,check our history

Location. Price, and comfortable rooms. 3rd year we've stayed here and like it a lot. This was a good relaxing vacation!

Our luck, cold and rainy for the 3rd year in a row that we had planned to use the free Noah's Ark tickets. Paid the day pass/ parking at Great Wolf Lodge so my Autistic son can get in his favorite wave pool.
