Just please paint / fix the chip paint in the pool area near the hot tub and fix the hotel step other than that great and get rid of the old lamp shades in the rooms and replace them with a different lamp maybe no shade to pretty desk and make a easier clean up for house keeping and add more rolls or at least to full tissues rolls in guest rooms before they check in we never get a full roll of tissue staying here never get brought any when we run out always get a room with used up tissue other than that great location wonderful polite staff !

Very clean and updated furniture, comfortable beds & pillows & very attentive & kind staff. Always saw someone cleaning- they take pride in the hotel & it shows! Decent breakfast including eggs, sausage, cereals, waffles, apples, breads & pastries & yogurt. We are just traveling through on a cross country move - we have yet to find another hotel in that price range that is as nice, clean, & as updated as this particular hotel. Our fridge in the room was a little noisy so we unplugged it overnight and the staff said they would take care of it when we checked out- I believe them- they were so very kind and helpful.

This was by far the best ABVI I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and professional. You can tell they have put in a lot of effort to renovate the property and rooms. For the price this was an excellent value.

I did see a couple bugs. Not sure what they were but were not roaches or ants. There was an older crusted stain on the couch. Easily missed if you weren’t paying attention. I let the front desk know immediately. I did find the shower a lil odd no place to put a soap or shampoo. You had to open the shower door and grab it off the sink. The same with the towel rack it was on the shower door but on the far side.

Hotel check in went smoothly. Had requested 1st floor and got the first room close to everything. Glad for luggage carts because we had a lot of items. Room was clean and tastefully decorated. Pool and Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was good and fully stocked. Loved our stay and would recommend.

Would have liked a potato option and a different meat besides sausage each day on the hot breakfast bar. The candy/chip vending machine was half empty.

Clean and easy to follow layout. Workers were very nice and understanding. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Prices are reasonable.

There was an about 1inch gap on bottom of the main door to your room between the door and floor. I personally believe that this is a security and noise issue. A easy fix is to put a towel down but I believe that gap should be professionally sealed.

Walking to the concert next door at Crystal Grand for the Beatles tribute. Very nicely remodeled awesome value. Will stay again😊 The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast is just white bread for toast... Maybe offer a bagel or English muffin option. Also invest in the individual packets of peanut butter and jam. It is not food safe to have open jars for public use. Please label the key for the pool area so guests can enjoy the hot tub promptly at 7am

*The location is excellent for us! It's half way for both. *Breakfast was OK. Any chance you can offer apple juice? *The pool was nice. Little chilly but nice. *The room was very nice. Everything was clean and fresh. *Looking forward to staying again! Keep working on getting it just right.

*The hot tub was as chilly as the pool. *The phone in the room was unusable. Had to walk down to the front desk to ask our questions.

Beds were comfy, pool was a good size and the hot tub was great! Lobby was clean and pretty, no loud neighbors or other noises like at some other hotels.

Breakfast was very basic, eggs were a little soggy and very salty.

Came for my nephew football tournament great place clean people there was very friendly good Mexican restaurant next door

Only thing I didn't like they wanted 2.00 for a can of pop in candy bar plus chips in didn't give ant chance back only thing I didn't like that's why I travel with a cooler in snacks for my family

The room was wonderful. Clean and nicely furnished. Location was great. Good coffee

Breakfast was very simple. 3 different breads? 2 cereal, yogurt and OJ, and donuts. Dining area was very boring. No color - not appealing. Three people left after looking at offerings.
