Room was nicely laid out, great for two travelers.

Only complaint was no regular coffee in the room, just decaf; not a major issue at all.

We enjoyed our stay, very calm area, great staff, very helpful, very nice spacious room, I love the room designs and texture. I like the sofa and the end tables, no chair for reading, nice microwave, mini fridge keep cool but not all that great, you have to keep on for 2hrs then turn it back on again to keep things cool. The pool is okay but needs hot tub to argument it. Gym is okay, breakfast is good but not much varieties.my kids enjoyed our stay plus the rooms are big for family with kids

No cleaning of rooms or even change of bedsheets for 2 nights stay, no garbage bags in any of the garbage bins we used our grocery bags to put trash, rooms was funky due to lack of daily cleaning. We reused our towels for our stay

Decent location. Staff were friendly.

I know stuff happens and I didn’t complain but our room was only partially clean. The important stuff like beds and bathroom looked clean. The living area was visibly dirty like it was missed entirely. The previous guests had at least one toddler because of the trail of food fingerprints and Cheerios. I just wiped the area clean myself as we didn’t want the hassle of moving rooms.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. The staff is awesome, never had problems and the hotel in general is very clean! The only thing we are running into is the price. We are trying to book for next year with the same nights and it has gone up a decent amount. I know they were doing some remodeling but looking to hopefully stay again.

Nothing! Hotel rooms and breakfast is good! Right on the strip, so easy access to get anywhere.

it was fresh and clean. all new bath fixtures and hardware. well-lit parking lot.

elevator was slooowww. breakfast didn’t start until 6:30, so I never got to try it. I need to leave by 6:15 for work.

I liked that the room door closed quietly. The breakfast was very good, as an included breakfast. Bathroom design, living suite, refrigerator, were adequate for our usage.

Room was so humid, the carpet felt moist, the towels never dried, bedsheets must've been only partly cotton, these bed clothes layering gets so messy to sleep under, just too many decorative couch toss pillows. We needed a quiet room but were in the room right next to the stairwell and whoever was in there, even the wall shook, like some giant pounding the stairs and loud hallway running thumping. Guests talking in hallway after hours was loud.

Everything was great! The only downfall was being scolded by the front desk when we asked for more towels. They told us to hang them up and reuse them. Unfortunately part of the shower curtain hung over the side when our child was showering which caused the floor to get wet which is why we went through the towels.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was great and very kind. It was very busy.

The fact that I couldn’t watch a kids movie and I tried using the internet and was asked to pay for it. Really? Thats ridiculous! The places I’ve been too you are given free internet as a guest.

The room was clean and spacious. Three of us stayed overnight, and there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable.

We had to change rooms because the heat did not work in the first room. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short so the floor got wet.

Spacious rooms, good location, safe, hotel staff was very nice.

The pool was small and not clear. The floor around pool needed cleaning. No hot tub. No fruit at breakfast.
