Great location, about 10 minutes from activities and anything you might need. There's lots to do on the property with a small arcade, a nice-sized indoor pool and hot tub, an outdoor pool, a kids' splash pad, a large beach with badminton and volleyball, kayaks, ping pong, and corn hole. Our room (2 queen beds and a sofa bed) was perfect for the 3 of us and our dog, but might have been cramped with more people. Having 2 doors to the outside was really convenient and we loved our little patio area. I wasn't expecting a 2-burner cook top, which was a welcome surprise. There were lots of grills throughout the property, too. Everyone was friendly and we felt very safe. We absolutely loved this place and hope to make it an annual trip!

They could probably use a few more kayaks and beach chairs for when it's really busy, and the a/c was a bit loud, but we really have no complaints.

It was away from all the action of the Dells but also just a short drive away. This place had everything we needed for a relaxing, chill, and fun vacation with the kids. They dont skip a beat, lakefront access, kayaks, paddle boat, 1 indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, lake view from balcony, several grills for use, cold fridge and microwave in rooms, a dry sauna, hot tub, a deck with a fire pit and entertainment. Pets are also allowed not that I have one currently but its nice that everyone is family here. And last but not least the service was always friendly, helpful, and informative.

Beds were very firm and not comfy. Need some hooks in bathroom for towel organization, and while I know its temporary cleaning service was only every 3 days.

Kayaks available & life jackets to use with them. All 3 pools were nice & clean! The toiletries in the rooms were nice. Centrally located for many activities. Rooms were especially clean! The large wastebasket by the fridge was very handy to have! No issues with noise at night, which was very nice-missed the fire dancer .

The mattresses could be replaced. I had asked for an extra blanket & never got it. The heat lamp in the bathroom didn’t put out any heat & the timer on it didn’t work. No ice machine had to pay $3 for a small bag of ice.

The amenities!!! Include ping pong, small arcade room, indoor and outdoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, children’s play set, grills, outdoor connect four, velvety sand beach on Lake Delton, kayaks, a dock, fishing poles and bait!!! Something to keep everyone happy all day!! Larger mini-fridges in rooms & free coffee and tea in lobby in the morning. Great resort for large group get togethers!!

Check out is at 10 a.m. Thin walls. Pools are on the smaller size and can feel cramped on resort and pools if the resort and rooms are full.

Clean, good location, safe- security 24/7 on site. Pool is open till midnight! They have a deck with Bonfire on the beach and invite guitar singing man to entertain guests several nights a week. Kids loved it to play musical instruments along and dance. We did kayaking around lake Delton with our 7 year old twins and it was beautiful experience. Kayaking is complimentary. Beautiful sandy beach futures volleyball net and lounge chairs by the water.

Fantastic location. Great place for families. This would be an ideal place to stay for a longer trip since you have a kitchen in the room. The splash pad is great for toddlers. Beds were decent, no complaints about the property. It's older but not gross.

My only complaint was with the vending machines, but the property isn't responsible for them. The ones in the lobby don't take cards and they're very picky about your money. I had to go to the arcade and use the change machine in order to get something from the vending machine. I only had a ten-dollar bill, so it was a bit inconvenient to end up with so much change. Lol!

All the amenities that it offered. Great secluded area. It was a plus finding out we were by two park areas, decent for fishing. Had shows/performances at night by the fireplace every night, made it all the cooler. Also, very close to everything on the main road without the constant noise of traffic. Would def. come back!

Having to go to the front to grab pool towels. Within our hotel the only down side was the microwave was on top of the fridge. No issues for my husband who's almost 6ft tall vs me who's almost 5ft tall.

Service was nice but young lady a little rude to my brother,

not toilet paper but was an easy fix I went and request at service desk and they provide me with some, the room we stayed (since it was raining) accumulated a lot of water at the main entrance making it impossible to get in, good thing there was another door to get in at the other side of the room.

Went out to breakfast.

Bathroom sink too small .difficult to put anything on top of sink. Other than that the resort offered a lot of nice things. Very pleasurable to stay there. Definitely plan to return. Had a great time.

This is our third time staying here. Your really lovable location and the fact that it feels like you're out in the country, but you're close to all of the activity in the Dells. They have amazing amenities year-round and they're dog friendly which is an awesome bonus.
