The staff was friendly and helpful. The pools are great sizes and decently kept. For 3 nights it was overall a decent place to stay but the bathrooms need better scrubbing and deep cleaning.

Our room had a big red stain on the carpet, and the pull-out sofa bed had a spring/wire on the side that seemed out of place like it was broken. We did notify the staff. Both the king comforter and comforter for the pullout sofa had stains all over them, we just didn't use them. The bathroom ceiling had marks all over it from water damage and the shower had spots all over it like it hadn't seen a good scrub down in a while.

The facilities are well taken care of. The staff was really great! Very clean and comfy beds and pillows. We were able to relax and have a great time. We didn't use some of the other amenities so I would not know how to responde to that. The indoor and outdoor pools were amazing.

Wifi connection was poor. The entrance to the main lobby is kind of awkward. Because if you haven't check in you only have 1 entry way, which I understand it may be for security reasons, then you have to park walk to the reception area not knowing where your room will be. Maybe having some temporary parking spots for registration could help. But this wont affect me choosing to stay here again. I would stay here again!

The staff was amazing, it was very clean, and the breakfast is awesome. I did love the pool areas for the amount of stuff to do for all ages. Slide, basketball, swimming, hot tub, kiddie area and outdoor area for the summer.

The stairs need vacuuming. The pools had kids running up the slide, going like 2-4 down at a time, kids eating in The pool and people being rude. I think there could be more staff doing walk throughs and keeping an eye out for safety and I know you can't do nothing about the rude kids but if you hear or see something, say something. I really also don't think food or drink(only allowing closed waterbottles) should be permitted in the pool areas. They can go swimming without that.

The property was clean. There was ample parking.

The walls and doors are paper thin. You could hear everything from other rooms nearby, the hall way and we unfortunately had a family above us that must have been running and wrestling in their room until about 10pm each night and there wasn’t anything that could be done about it since quiet time was 10pm (the staff indicated that they could ask them to quiet down but couldn’t actually do anything about it until after 10pm.) I also felt that breakfast could be longer during the weekdays. It is open until 9:30a on the dot and the staff was very on top of it and ensured that the door for breakfast was closed off at exactly that time. I personally would have liked to see it open until 10am like it was on the weekends.

The staff was very polite and on top of their stuff. The room was clean when we arrived. The continental breakfast was very good. In fact, they kept running out of food, but they refilled quickly. The pool was AWESOME. For the $100 I spent for this place, it was 100% worth my money. There’s a hot tub, basketball hoops, kid area, slides, outdoor area. It was nice. I wish we stayed more than a night to hang out at the pool during the day. The pool was warm at night too when it was 60 some degrees outside. Moving along, the room had LOTS of bright lighting and several different switches to turn on lamps/room lights, which is a huge plus for me. I hate hotel with poor lighting or dark yellow lighting. The bathroom mirror was separate for the toilet and shower and it was very bright and nice too. Lastly, the hotel was like 4 min from everything we had planned to do, which was really convenient.

There’s only a few critiques. The hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were all pretty much empty. Luckily, I had packed my own soap, but the hand soap would have been nice to use at the very minimum. The bathroom lighting for the toilet and shower area is awful in my opinion. It’s like a blueish hue and it’s a dark light, like I am in a warehouse at midnight with a dull light. I don’t know how to describe it, but brighter lighting would have been nice, so I could see a little better showering with better vibes, but for a night, it was no biggie. Lastly, the WiFi sucked. My phone would not stay connected and it made it very difficult to look up restaurants, activities, etc near me.

Very convenient location. Nice pool for the kids (hockey Tourny), basically clean. Had a nice selection for breakfast on Saturday.

Needs a deep clean along upper walls/ ceiling and floors. Bath tub drain plugs non functional. Most disappointing was Sunday breakfast. Poor selection and what was supposed to be there was mostly gone with nearly an 1 1/2 hrs left before service was supposed to end.

When I booked through booking, they actually overbooked. The hotel manager told us what our next steps could be. Starting the refund process through the app. While on hold, the manager came out and said she was able to get us into rooms we needed.. super helpful and friendly.

How Booking over booked. It was stressful after driving for 12 hrs.

The staff was excellent, the location was good and it was very nicely decorated. We were a little late getting to breakfast on time, and the staff told us to go ahead & eat. Holiday Inn Express's are one of my favorite places to stay.

When we got there, our room was ready, but when we looked at it, it didn't appear to have been vacuumed as there were bits of paper etc. on the carpet. All the rest was very clean. I found some of the cleaning staff and they thought it had been vacuumed but they were more than happy to do it again which they did. The other thing is the room is handicapped accessible and the shower is one where you can push a wheel into it. I am not in a wheelchair but do use a cane. There was a bench to sit on, but there wasn't a mat to stand on in the shower. The tile was pretty slick after it got wet. My husband almost slipped, so I put a towel down before I showered, which helped a lot! I think they would have had a mat to prevent this. Otherwise, I would have given it a higher score.

Great for kids!! Clean and good location!

Group of baseball boys disrespecting the pool area, no parents or staff were monitoring the behavior. Several other little kids around that it was taking the fun away for them. * our reservation through booking.com did not show up in the system at Holiday when we checked in. Luckily had confirmation # but took almost 30 mins for them to start a whole new reservation for us. Probably won’t use booking.com again

Pool, breakfast, staff, and beds were amazing

The room smelled like dirty feet could have been vacuumed better. Room was better after house keeping came the next day. Also my room card deactivated the day before check out which left us wet and in the cold at risk of getting sick. Worst part they tried to run my card for a deposit when I selected pay at hotel. This made me very uneasy.
