The hotel overall was great!! The housekeeping does a phenomal job of keeping the place very clean!! The kitchen staff is absolutely amazing and friendly! There was alot of people at breakfast and they did an excellent job making sure the was always plenty of stocked food!!! They deserve recognition for the hospitality and excellence!!

No stairs for traveling just between floors. Elevator was slow since it’s the only way to travel in between floors. Husband found it quicker to take the stairs that lead only to the outside then walk around to the lobby quicker.

The location was extremely convenient. It’s right off the highway, next to knuckleheads, McDonald’s, Tacobell, and a gas station, as well as Great Wolf Lodge. It’s across the street from Kalahari and Kwik Trip. There’s a swimming pool and hot tub as well as a work out room and laundry facilities. The breakfast was excellent and they even had a social hour on a couple evenings. The lobby is very inviting and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Overall clean and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent "happy hour" drink selections and friendly staff. Check in and out process was smooth. The patio area and outdoor area was beautiful and clean. Having an option for laundry services was a nice perk if we would have stayed longer. The king suite was amazing and the layout. Overall great amenities available in the room and at the facility.

The chlorine in the pool/spa was overwhelming, just too much. My eyes burned and my colleague and I had to leave within 15 min. While the happy hour was great, the food left much to be desired (soggy fries). The gym would benefit from being a bit larger with more options of weight machines.

The cleanliness of the room, the Dove products in the hotel, no generic off brands, the location of the hotel, the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly was a great plus! The basketball court was great for my son, the complimentary continental breakfasts meant a lot, the fresh coffee, so many great things about this hotel! The deck and grill brought it all together for us!

Not much that I didn't like to be honest, we had a great more than pleasant experience at this hotel... The kitchen did a great job with the breakfasts and fresh coffee!

This property was very close to all the attractions. This was a family vacation so it was nice to be by all of the fun stuff. The complimentary breakfast and room space was perfect for my family of 6. I also liked having a kitchen to be able to cook and have snacks for the kids.

More options for breakfast would have been nice. Possible having all day access to the fountain drink machine. This hotel only had discount tickets for Noah’s Ark and Natura, would have like to go to other water parks with a discount

The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable throughout our stay. We were surprised by how large the room was. The breakfast, though relatively standard for hotel fare, was good enough to get us on our way in the morning and off on a positive note.

There truly wasn't much we didn't like about this hotel. It would have been nice to have breakfast open a touch longer in the morning I guess? We are slow risers though so this definitely isn't a knock on the hotel itself.

Probably one of the best places we've stayed. The suite was clean, updated and had everything we needed - including a laundry basket! The beds were comfy, breakfast had a good selection and the outdoor community space was a great option for our teens. I LOVED that the bathrooms had full size Dove shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion in each bathroom.

The bedding is thin so an extra blanket in the closet would have been nice. The sleeper sofa was a leather texture and sunk in a bit. Would have preferred a fabric sofa.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, extremely comfortable, and great location. When I come back I will stay here again. I'm too old to stay in crummy hotels.

The breakfast was not very good even for it being continental. There was a bit of an issue with casting to the TV from my phone as well (this ended up not being a big deal).

Close to all attractions, clean and quiet for the most part, besides the occasional loud kids, breakfast was good

Breakfast was good but during the last hour or so of breakfast time there seemed to be a struggle to keep things stocked and replenished, which is understandable given the amount of people eating late.

The free breakfast had a good variety of food. We never left hungry! Absolutely loved the size of our room. We didn't utilize the kitchen much, but it was nice to have the full sized refrigerator and actual counter space for making my morning coffee.

It would have been nice to have real plates and silverware for our breakfast, as opposed to Styrofoam and plastic.
