HEATED INDOOR KIDDIE POOL WITH SLIDES WAS BEYOND GREAT. It is amazing for my 3y and 5y friend. Kids can entertain themselves easily all day there, even if it rains. When they got cold from constant in and out of pool, they could warm up at the tub that has comfortable temperature. Beds are clean and comfortable. Laundry is only 2.5 in quarters per wash, 2.50 for drying. Snacks on hand are great. We ate all the ice cream. They had a spare toothbrush, which saved me. I had friends staying over at a different place, and the manager accommodated us with visitors' pass for small surcharge so that the kids could play together in the pool. Outside is amazing as well with fun rides for kids 3 and up. Chairs by the pool are in great shape. Everything is checked multiple times a day by the staff and kept clean. I saw them regularly walk around the pool furniture, check garbage cans, clean hallways, windows, and housekeeping, which is polite as well as the front staff. Engineers are running around the property fixing things, tightening screws. Our room had a working TV, microwave, coffee maker, and a cooler. AC and heat worked fantastic. The hotel has free parking and plenty of spots. Breakfast is run by an elegant Polish lady, and you can tell all is in order. No mistakes, 830am is the busiest time on the weekend, and yet they can accommodate a large number of guests and small children. It's better than drive thru service, although everything is self served. I have a really positive experience. As a plus, the hotel offers Noah's arch free everyday passes, which I didn't care for. I liked the hotel accommodations for our small child better. If you really want to be amazing, be a step ahead of other hotels and offer indoor children play area or common room for kids to play when raining. But, the pools are fantastic.

The bracelet. Please come up with something else to tag your guests. Finger was cut on my friends kid by simple manipulation. It can cut your veins on the wrist. It is very sharp. I hurt my child twice unknowingly when picking her up and accidentally having the wristband close to her fine skin. Please change this.

Had a great one night getaway with my boyfriend. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stay included free passes to Noah’s ark and continental breakfast! There is also a 24 hr espresso bar in the lobby. The indoor pool and hot tub was open 24 hrs to adults. This is by far the cleanest and nicest place you can stay in the dells on a budget!

Upon check-in, there was an industrial floor drying machine left in the room turned on. My guess is the carpets had been freshly shampooed and the cleaners forgot to come back for it.

I liked how it made me feel like I had a home away from home. I had 4 kids in my room and 2 adults and the room was very spacious. Best hotel I stayed at by far. Definitely would be coming back and would definitely recommend to anyone who is going to stay in Wisconsin Dells.

Well, could be just me but I really wanted my room to be cleaned and beds made after the first night there out of my 2 day stay but I forgot to take down my privacy sign on the door. I think the maids should ask the guests every day if they want their rooms cleaned or not. Every other hotel I have stayed at in the past does this. But i am use to cleaning up after a family of 6 so I just did it myself.

Every aspect of the facility and staff were excellent! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was big, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The pool & hot tub open 24 hours for adults were fantastic. The breakfast had an amazing selection and was delicious. And the room cost was one of the most affordable available. This is the place to stay in the Dells!

Nothing really, I was disappointed that I could not apply earning Wyndham points since I booked through Booking.com.

My husband and I booked the King bed fireplace/jetted tub room. We had a wonderful time for his birthday and Halloween. Everything was spotless and we felt like we arrived at our new cozy home. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy and fresh. The complimentary breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Since we spent so much time in the hot tub in our room that we did not use the indoor pool but it definitely looked very nice as well. Everything was so nice that it really was hard to leave. We will definitely come back!

Dislike: Lots of hair in the pool 🤢 We had a room with 2 queen beds and a king-size bed and pull out couch that was wonderful. I just wished it had 2 bathrooms. Like: Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Quiet Pool water was nice and warm, so the kids loved swimming all day. Great selection of breakfast. Staff is friendly and hard working Great location

This is the 2nd time we came back to this hotel (back in July 2021) and it was what we remembered; great pools to choose from, great breakfast included and modern, updated rooms! They are always cleaning and tidying up the pool areas or cleaning around the hotel. I love the convenience factor of where this hotel is located. I definitely would come back to the hotel, but would book directly with the hotel (they price match the travel sites) so I can get my wyndham points. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Disappointed to learn that we didn't get free Noah's ark passes as advertised on booking.com's web site. It is very misleading. There is a small * on the ad that says 'contact the hotel to confirm how many free passes you get' in super small print. I learned from the hotel that if I would have booked directly through them, we would have had free Noah's ark tickets for all vs. just 1 ticket, and I would have received my wyndham points (also did not get because I booked on a 3rd party travel site). Also, the carpet in our room was stained, but other than those 2 minor things, our stay was great. The prices like all things seemed to have gone up. My only recommendation would be to add a safe to the room and clarify the confusing free waterpark passes ad.

The front desk lady didn’t tell us about early check in - we got there at 1030- check in was 3 When my son asked her is there an early check in then she finally said 12 for $50 but you can’t stay waiting in lobby with dog - it was about 80 degrees outside So I let my husband/son and grandkids go to Noah’s ark park and go on water rides to cool off and I sat on th sidewalk for an hour and half because the lady wouldn’t let me in lobby because of my dog didn’t even get me a chair - dog is old doesn’t even bark She knew I was outside but never told me room was ready- I walked in at 1215 and asked if room was ready and she said of yeah here is your room cards- so rude

The room was perfectly fine and accommodations were clean. Hotel located in perfect area surrounding restaurants and outlet mall nearby.

Elevator was out of order. Had climb down the stairs to eat continental breakfast. My dad has sciatica in his leg which made it difficult for him. Kids were inside hot tub which they were not supposed to do. Area needs more supervision.

Family loved this quick stay. Room was big, nice size mini fridge. The pool area was really nice. Location was perfect. I like they had a free breakfast. Everything was clean and people were friendly. We would totally stay again.

The room faced parking lot and the curtains that fully covered windows were sheer. The curtains that were thick were only decorative so the light came into room and we could see people walking outside our room.
