We had an amazing room and the staff was wonderful. Our stay lasted 8 days. Everything was clean, and if we needed anything, it was handed right to us without question. If we had trash, we would leave the bag outside the room without fail it was gone. We will definitely stay here again anytime we travel to this area again.

The only thing was it was off-season, so there was no pool. Indoor or other except on weekends. Not a big deal though.

We have been to this location more than once. And have really enjoyed our stay. The purpose of our trip to WI was not only to relax, get away from home (Chicago) but mainly to explore and discover new horizons with the intention to research/seek other career opportunities and family friendly areas we can potentially relocate to. Cost of living in Chicago has taken a great toll on my family and me. Let alone work wages have a lot to do with that situation, which has been impacting my families overall stability. Therefore, coming to places such as Polynesian Hotel Wisconsin Dells, communicating with their staff, and WI community has been helpful. My kids and I are looking forward to future visits at Polynesian Hotel Wisconsin Dells. As a family of three, I recommend the Presidential Suite! There is privacy, ample space, quiet as usual, and the fully stocked (silverware, cookingware, dishwasher, essentials, etc) kitchenette was cute and perfect!

I didn't like that we had to leave so soon! The prices are affordable/reasonable, hospitality was great and the beds were so comfortable.

I’m going to start by saying there were 5 in our party, we had a double queen with pull out sofa. The set up was perfect. The beds were SOOO comfortable!!! Noah’s Ark tickets were a great bonus!! You can definitely see the progress on the renovation. We had a great time and we will be back. Great place for the price.

The first bad thing was is the strong cleaning product smell when we entered our room. We sprayed some febreze and it helped because we couldn’t open the patio door. The air conditioner didn’t work for the entire space (again, old hotel), but that can’t be an excuse it did get warm in our room. The room had a lot of dirt under the bed and our feet / socks turned black from the dirty floor. The room was great however, compared to what we were expecting after reading some reviews. The place is dated, it’s old. It’s an old hotel but they are remodeling. The room just needs the updates. Oh and a really good cleaning!!

The location is perfect! Near everything but off the main strip. Very clean and we were so surprised by how nice everything is even though the outdoor waterpark is under construction. The staff is so nice and friendly they make you feel like family!

There really isn’t anything we didn’t like. I had problems with our key cards but it was my own fault. If you put a key card in the same pocket as your phone like I did, you will deactivate them. The one front desk gentleman explained how it happens and fixed it for me right on the spot even though I did it.

Kitchen is always great especially with children..bed is very comfortable. Staff are attentive & helpful. Loved my Balcony view looking over Outside Swimming pools. The Waterfall was excellent in the pool..One complaint Outside Swimming pool waters were freezing could not uses felt like Ice. Otherwise everything was great.

The amenities

The guest on our floor were loud and screaming at all hours of the night. Each night we’ve been here. So other than hearing that all night, we had a great stay.

Everything was a decent and great for the price

There was syrup on our room floor and my foot glued to the floor but it was very hard to see. Didn't like there was signs for outdoor stuff that wasn't there anymore like coconut bay.

Nice size room! Good location! The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and professional!

The indoor pool area was like a sauna! Our kids ( age 9,11 and 14) didn’t stay very long because it was too hot!! We were looking forward to a break! But they thought the slides were amazing! The bath towels are quite small!

I liked everything, the hotels were very clean, the staff was very friendly, the pools inside were comfortable for children.

I don't like that they don't have the outdoor pools open, they have everything outside very neglected, I know they give us tickets for Noah's Ark, but we have to pay for parking

Enjoyed the room, bed was comfy and staff was helpful! Also enjoyed that you can control the ac in the room

It’s not that I didn’t like it but I left my swimsuit in the room and when I came back hours later, it wasn’t in the room so I have no clue what could have happened.other than that, no complaints
